The hotel is generally an old Japanese business hotel. Leather couches at the front are partially ripped and very old interior. The hotel staff members are terribly trained and unfriendly, unlike usual Japanese hotels.
First, of all, It takes me too long to just checking in. Probably more than 20 mins of the wait. 2nd, they don't have any concierge skills. They cannot even explain where I can look for a place for dinner.
Also, they asked me if I have an APA member card. I said I didn't have with me but I know the card number. They responded I have to physically have the card with me to get APA points.
They recommended If I install APA app I don't have to bring the card with me so I installed the app right away and showed QR code to one of the receptionists. He told me yes it works but only from NEXT TIME!! Very bad! Usually, I like APA hotels but not this one.
Their breakfast was not good either very few choices in the buffet. I strongly recommend not to go to this hotel.
