"Una hermosa propiedad con buenos servicios, habitaciones amplias y equipadas. El personal en restaurantes destaca por su amabilidad, lo que desafortunadamente no se extiende al personal del lobby que es malhumorado y desidioso, salvo concierge que es atenta. La comida y bebidas para ser sistema todo incluido son excelentes. Otra consideración es que no se informa que servicios como spa y compras en tienda no se pueden cargar a la habitación, situación que tampoco se informa al hacer el check in.
