I was after comfort, great food, relaxation and rest and Qunci Vilas delivered in spades! The level of friendly and professional service is exceptional, whether it is cleaners, reception or restaurant, everyone makes you feel special, listened to and they help you with a smile. The resort is of a very high quality with a nice Indonesian feel, not another high-rise with rooms adjoining. The rooms are spacious. I had the pool villa which was private with shade and sun. I really appreciated the sun beds inside, on the verandah and pool sun loungers. The common pool area by the sea is spectacular. The restaurant has an international cuisine and whether you are ordering fresh fish, pizza or sushi, it is superb. The wait staff are so friendly. The spa treatments are superb and reasonably priced. Definitely a place to go back to without needing to consider what else is on offer. Airport to hotel is around 1hr, so book a transfer with the hotel.

A Great Find
I had a lovely stay. Unfortunately, it was for business and I didn't have much time to take full advantage of the amenities or even the location. That said, I had daily interactions with the staff and they were lovely and the service superb. The food was excellent, particularly the BBQ that they prepared for our group. As a pescatarian, I ate very well in for the 5 days I was there. The staff even prepared a take-away breakfast for us on our final day as we had to leave the hotel at 5.30am. For me personally, the only thing missing was a gym/fitness centre on-site. I am already planning on returning, alone, when I can enjoy all the Qunci Villas and Lombok have to offer.

Qunci Villa is located right next to the sea on level ground. Beautifully landscaped! Bfast right by the ocean! Very nice rooms with balcony for all. Staff is friendly and helpful. Simply heavenly. great value

If you don’t want to stay in a lap of luxury, get the highest quality of service, have an exquisite food and drink experience, and enjoy the finest sunset view in the world, then look elsewhere. This place absolutely blew my husband and I away! The rooms and pool areas were amazing and the restaurants were some of the nicest places we have ever eaten at. The only downsides were that the WiFi was a bit slow in the rooms and the wasnt much to do in the area (ie shopping, cafes) only other hotels with restaurants and activities such as snorkelling etc but that is quite the same throughout the island of Lombok. All in all it was a very luxurious stay that we would absolutely recommend to anyone!

This was our second time in Lombok and we were very pleased to stayed at Quinci Villas. The staff is super friendly and they went above and beyond to full filled our needs. Their breakfast is so delicious and our room was beachfront with an spectacular view. I got sick one night and the hotel immediately called a doctor who came to see me in my room. The staff was so sweet that they prepared me chicken soup and ginger tea right away. I felt like I was at home. I want to say thank you to all the Quincy staff especially to Amadi. Andi and Nova❤️. Can’t wait to return back.

Could be an awesome place for relaxing.
The fact that this property allows Souvenir Hawkers onto their property to sell their products while paying guests are supposed to be relaxing and enjoying their smoke free, hawker free views of the Bali Sea and neighboring island of Bali, I find unacceptable! The staff at the Qunci Villas is awesome.

Quiet location but dated
Quinci is further North from the main strip so you're likely to get your peace here. The staff are lovely and helpful however they have a tendency to address your male companion more despite the booking being under my name. It is relatively clean, and retains its 1990's look. Would not recommend this place if you're after a modern place to stay. There are occasionally people that try to sell you surf lessons and clothes in front of the pool, however they aren't allowed onto the main deck so you'll see them waving about to you. I felt that this was distracting and annoying when we had flown away from Bali to get away from all the touristic tat.

The location on the beach front is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast menu is out of this world and everything is cooked to perfection. You can also have breakfast delivered to your room at no additional cost. Our private pool villa was great, a good sized pool and the villa was maintained to a high level, you got free toiletries and water daily. The evening turndown service is much appreciated, this property makes every possible effort to keep mosquitoes at a minimum, including fogging of public areas twice weekly and room spraying daily. We loved the hotel and we will be back. I must finish by giving credit to the staff at the hotel, absolutely nothing is too much trouble and they are so polite and accommodating.

We traveled from Alaska for our honeymoon. Qunci Villas was a perfect place to spend our special time. The staff was incredibly helpful, from the welcome tour of the property and the celebratory swan and flowers on the bed to the cash advance they processed when our debit cards were compromised. The reason I chose this property was because of the small boutique feel, location to the beach, stunning landscape and property. What we got was so much more. Gracious hosts, great check in and out, food at all venues was fabulous, housekeeping did an amazing job and staff were incredibly helpful in every and anyway they could be.

Loved the beautiful oasis feel - gardens well maintained and staff were all very friendly. Breakfast and all food was very good. Just unfortunately our friend had a rat in her room one night which was a bit alarming(!) and saw one at the bar on another night. The property is a lovely resort on a nice beach with a great spa and 3 pools. Excellent value for money.

Certainly has its pro points. The pool and sea look as good as they do in the pictures and the food/drink at both bars and restaurants, if v pricey, certainly hits the mark. We tried different cuisines and to our surprise they were all great without exception - the chefs here do a great job. The last majority of the staff here are also very friendly and provide a great service, especially the front desk. Now for the not so great parts. Cleanliness is an issue, on our third night we returned early to the room for what can be described as a daily second clean/turndown service. We found that this was never done with cleaning products and yet we walked in on our glasses/cuttlery in the room being washed in the bathroom sink without detergent of any kind. This left us uneasy about using it again. What compounds this, is a clear ant problem, at least within our bathroom. I don't mean you see a few ants here and there as we would expect this in Lombok. I mean walking out to every glass/sink etc being completely covered in hundreds of ants every morning. They seemed to emanate form behind the sink. Finally, the service within the restaurants was also very patchy - at time it was impeccable and yet at others we couldn't be seated without confusion or we would be met with rude service (esp in the Italian restaurant). This was also an issue on the day of checkout where we ordered 2 french toasts and yet inexplicably only one was made, we couldn't wait for the other due to flights
