King & Prince North Ocean View Condo with Beach and Resort Amenities

"We loved our stay and rated high based on the overall value. The condo was spacious, mostly clean (will expand on that later), plenty of bath towels, comfortable beds, and had an unbeatable location, amenities and view. The resort is walking distance to some incredible restaurants and shops. We loved all of the King and Prince amenities as well. Other reviews are right about needing an update, but we didn’t mind the dated decor and features. They had an old-school family beach condo charm. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of some of the kitchen areas. Silverware and some plates weren’t very clean. The bottom cabinet had a terrible mildew smell and we had to wash pots and pans a couple of times before we felt ok using them. There was also some sand around the over burner and some sand that came up the disposal when we ran the dishwasher. Other than those issues, everything else was very clean. We loved our stay and would return again based on the overall value."

"We had room 20 ,the most comfortable mattress ever !! The room is updated , great refrigerator & Mico & Keurig . Hugh shower , we walked downtown , the location is fantastic . Go to the half shell for happy hour drinks . Definitely will be back"

"The view was amazing. The condo was very nice and spacious for our family. The beach was not crowded and only a short walk from the condo. This is the perfect place for a relaxing, peaceful vacation. Many great restaurants nearby so you do not have to leave the island for anything!"

"Great location! Slept our family of 5 comfortably. Super dog friendly- saw many people with their dogs! Pool area was nice. Plenty of seating. We used the grill area for lunch. Beach was a hike but and hard if you have mobility issues. Beach is clean and beautiful- so worth the walk!! Bring insect repellent for the gnats which are everywhere."

"We had a great stay at this property. It had everything we needed for a proper beach vacation. The walk to the beach was pleasant, and we loved being able to just go back and forth as we pleased. The pool was nice, and had plenty of seating available. I didn't get a chance to use the grills, but they looked nice and were conveniently located. My dog loved this property, with plenty of great areas to sniff and do her business. The elevator was helpful, considering the unit is on the top floor. The king size bed in the main bedroom was SO comfortable. The 2 twin beds in the other bedroom were quite comfortable as well. My kids really enjoyed them. The kitchen is small, but has everything you need. The deck is a decent size, and is a great place to dry wet towels and swimsuits. I also loved the location! It is only a few minutes drive from everything. The host, Ben, is quick to respond to messages and is very helpful. I will definitely be staying here again next year."
