We had booked room only as the breakfast was rather expensive. The Receptionist offered a reduced rate of 10 Euros pp. Well worth it. Recommend you accept this if offered. Good buffet choice. All staff were very welcoming throughout our stay.
"Comfortable, modern hotel, polite friendly staff."
I was welcomed by friendly staff who were helpful and polite throughout my stay in the hotel.
I stayed at the Boscolo Exedra with some friends and we had a party in one of the hotel's function rooms and the staff, again, were extremely helpful and made it a fun-filled evening. Special thanks to Khalid.
They helped with local information re: interesting places to visit, organising taxis, transfers.
Lovely hotel, lovely experience; would love to stay there again.
The hotel is a minute's walk from the main thoroughfare and about 10 minutes walk to the beaches and train station. The staff we met were very friendly and the room, although compact, was clean, well-organised and had everything we needed. It was quiet at night, despite being close to the city centre. There are restaurants on the same street, and many others in easy walking distance.
We spent 3 nights in the Nice Riviera at the end of December 2015. The hotel is in a great location right in the centre of town, near all the top shops and restaurants, yet only a short walk to the beach.
We arrived late but the receptionist kept the bar open later than usual so we could have a nightcap.
The hotel has its own underground car park but this was full, and was each subsequent day even by mid-afternoon.
The pool is small but warm. The hot tub is amazing. Both are popular and well-subscribed (perhaps a bit too busy at times).
Nice is an expensive town so, although the Riviera is not cheap, it is pretty good value by local standards.
The hotel is located in a central downtown area, close to shops and within walking distance to the beach. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The only issue is the small size of the room and the bathroom (although this was expected).
A very nice hotel with great staff in a decent location about 10 minutes walk form Nice Railway station and a similar distance to the beach and Promenade des Anglais. There are numerous restaurants nearby and it is close to a lot of the main shops. The hotel offers free ice cream in the afternoons. There is a small bar downstairs near reception and each room is equipped with a mini bar. My room was quite large with a shower/wc ensuite. Breakfast was served in an adjacent building in a morning just a very short stroll through a courtyard away. Breakfast was very good with a decent choice including boiled eggs.

I stayed in this hotel for a week. It was in the perfect location - Central to everything!
Staff were superb- helped me with everything I needed
I asked for a quiet room and the hotel staff were very accommodating.
The hotel only has one main lift which is slow and noisy. I could hear it operating from my room even though my room was not near the lift!!
Beach is walking distance
Right next to the main shopping street too!
Made to feel welcome, reception staff always accommodating to requests. Very small lift. Tea making facilities a bonus. Bedroom and en-suite both good size with nice quality toiletries. Didn't have breakfast but easy to find breakfast around the corner from the hotel. Requested room with double bed at booking - room made up using two single beds pushed together and made up with single bed linen and gap between. Major building works a block away - worked late into the evening and started early morning detracted from having French window onto balcony open. Works did not continue over the weekend so was bearable. Looked likely to continue for many months.
Nice's main square, Place Masséna is lined with palm trees and pines and is known as a place to meet and for hosting many important public events. Often used for concerts thanks to its size and central location, it is also a favorite spot during festivals and traditional celebrations like the yearly carnival parade in February. The old town and the Promenade des Anglais are a short stroll away.
