It boasts a covered terrace (with breakfast table), a private parking for 1 car, and a small garden shared with the other guests of the semi-detached house. The apartment, which is accessed from the garden by climbing 4 steps, can accommodate up to 5 people, and has a bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom (with beds that can be joined together if necessary). The bright living area consists of a comfortable double sofa bed, tv, a dining table, and a kitchen equipped with oven, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. Included Internet Wifi and air conditioning. Pets are not allowed. The use of the washing machine is shared with other 2 apartments of the semi-detached house.
