Comfortable stay, courteous and accomm

This property was exactly what we needed after several weeks of safari. The apartments allowed us to make our own breakfast and lunch, and there were many different dinner options around in the area. Rooftop pool was lovely and had a great view of the city.

We completely enjoyed our stay. We felt safe and appreciated as a customer. The grounds and facility were in great shape. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The food was delicious in Flame Tree restaurant and the bar had a great ambiance. Highly recommend wife your stay in Nairobi.

The new Trademark Suites is a remarkable find, and an unbeatable bargain. It's a top quality hotel just outside the craziness of downtown Nairobi and provides all the advantages of a 4 star hotel with a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen in a safe delightful and quiet setting at a much lower price. Village Market and other amenities are all nearby. Excellent staff, great service and responsive management.

I travel 3-4 months a year and stay in many hotels worldwide. This is the most fantastic hotel that I have stayed at in the last ten years. The room was exceptional and the hotel was spectacular. But most important was the superb service of many employees. I would like to recognize for excellent service, Lucy at the front front desk Newton a dinner server Gilbert buffet manager, exceptionally nice and ran a superb restaurant, friendly staff and great food Beth at the front desk/who helped me to get my mobile phone back after I left it in a taxi Alfayed at the front desk/housekeeping who also was a major reason that I found my phone after leaving it in a taxi Alok manager argyle, exceptional manager Kevin driver Argyle, very friendly and helpful
