The Cape Cod Children's Museum (three miles) and the many shopping and dining opportunities of Mashpee Commons (five miles) are close by as well. Stepping inside, you'll be greeted by a bright living space with nautical- and beach-themed decor and a charming palette of reds, whites, and blues throughout. Make yourself at home beneath two-story ceilings in the living room, relaxing on a pair of sofas and watching your favorite movies on the cable TV. Prepare hearty meals using stainless steel kitchen appliances (including a gas stove and a French-door fridge), butcher-block countertops, and a gas grill outside on the patio. Only two of us but clearly big enough for a large family. AT&T reception was just one bar but the WiFi was excellent. I was VERY comfortable there and the place had everything uou could need! There were PLENTY of towels , comfortable beds....sleeps 7 I think, there were 3 of us. The patio was do serene and pleasant to have coffee, read or glass of wine. There is even a little fireplace that did the trick! The place was perfect! We did have a problem navigating to it initially. Our directions kept sending us to the end of the complex. The directions needed to include the house number and not the complex number. Only comment is there was a leash hanging and a slight odor of a dog. But it felt grimy. There was so much dog hair on all the living room furniture. The bedspread on the lower bunk bed had what looked to be smeared snot on it and the pillow. My child did not want to lay on it so I looked for extra blankets and the ones in the closet smelled like they hadn’t been washed in some time. There was a dirty spoon in the media cabinet in the bedroom. The condo had a very musty, mildew smell and I was happy we only stayed for two nights. ##### Davette D. We experienced a broken air conditioner unit which took 3-4 days to fix, and only because I texted multiple times each day. There was no propane in the tank attached to the grill, so we had to pay for a fill-up out-of-pocket. We had questions about tv and trash pickup that were answered very strangely (“remotes are usually by the tv, try looking there,” and “take the trash with you to keep the unit clean for the next guests”). Check-out instructions were lacking, so we did the best we could with used towels and bed sheets and clean dishes. I don’t know, this stay was just okay. I’d stay again, knowing what to expect, but for the amount of money we paid to stay, I feel like this place needs a bit of a facelift. ##### Andrea K. ### 8/10 Good #### Andrea K. 12 Jul 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy #### Would stay again We had some bumps in the road (the air conditioning was broken, the propane tank for the grill was left empty, missing television remotes), and communication to get help was not great (we had to purchase a new propane tank out-of-pocket, the advice to find the remotes was to "try looking by the tv," and the A/C stayed broken for 3 very hot, humid, uncomfortable days before I was able to get someone to come out- and then the gentleman told us how many times he'd been out to fix this unit before!). Despite it all, our family would stay here again if we needed to. It really is a nice little place, clean, quiet area. I think we just had some unfortunate breaks. Access to the beach is about a mile walk through the golf course, so pack light. Mini kitchen, so don't plan to cook much. Not a lot of instructions for trash pickup or check out (when I asked, they said to bag up and take all our trash with us when we left! No, thank you!). We did our best to leave clean dishes, strip beds, gather used towels, bag up trash, the usual. Overall, an okay stay. ##### Andrea K.
