Pros: Beautiful views. Lovely outdoor spaces. Good size apartment. Excellent communication Cons: Too much noise at night from traffic and nearby barking dogs. No easy access to restaurants or grocerias.

Beautiful views

The property is beautiful and has spectatucal views. It has all the facilities you need in the house. Although there is a pool it is on the owners private property and we were not offered access. There was also no BBQ as in the description of facilities.Maybe it needs to be corrected on the property description.The location is also on a main busy road and you definitely need a car to get there. The trainstation is close by and amneties that you need. Antonio is a lovely host and we can honestly recommend staying there if you just want to get away from the hassle of a busy lifestyle.

Nel apartamento a Nunziata di Antonio ci siamo trovato molto bene. L' apatamento é molto carino e camera da letto in alto é qualcosa speciale. Il terazzo é bello durante la giornata e alla sera e la vista sull Etna é spettacolare. Tutto é ben atrezzato. Antonio é un ospite tranquillo é molto gentile. Il paese Nunziata é tranquillo con piccoli negozii e una piccola pizzeria consigliabile. Purtroppo l'internet era un po lento e per andare al mare la macchina era necessabile. Pero la spiaggia di Nunziata/ Mascali é bello. Per visitare le cittá vicine é consigliabile prendere il treno da Giarre. Grazie per il bellisimo tempo che potevamo stare nel apartamento.

Die Lage des Objekts ist toll, der Vermieter sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, die Ausstattung und das Raumangebot sind für zwei Leute ausreichend.Leider sind verschiedene Dinge in die Jahre gekommen (Gartenmöbel. Installation, Internetzugang, Küche) und müßten erneuert werden.

Autobahn und Altreifenlager ist in Sichtweise, deshalb vordere Terrasse kaum nutzbar. Im Prinzip ist das Haus nur ein Teil eines Doppelhauses. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen. Man kann von dort aus viel erkunden. Ein Mietwagen sollte man unbedingt haben. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet im Bad und Küche mangelt es an nichts. Was.uns aus den Fotos im Inserat nicht ganz klar war, ist das das Schlafzimmer auf einer Zwischenetage gelegen ist und es keine Tür zur Treppe gibt. Das ist ansich natürliche kein Problem, da wir allerdings mit unserer 1 1/2 jährigen Tochter da waren war das anfangs etwas überraschend. Antonino hat allerdings schnell eine Lösung gefunden und wir konnten den Zugang zur Treppe provisorisch versperren. Über warvder Kontakt mit Antonino sehr gut und er hat immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Es gab vor ort keinen Grill und ich habe einen gekauft und Antonino hat dann darauf bestanden mir das Geld zurückgeben. Eine sehr schöne Geste wie ich fand. Das Internet vor ort funktioniert sporadisch. Uns hat das allerdings nur wenig gestört. Alles im allen einen sehr schönen Unterkunft perfekt um sich am Strand oder Pool zu entspannen oder um die Westküste Siziliens samt Etnä zu erkunden.

Entspannung mit Blick auf den aetna

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf den Garten und den Aetna. Schör Pool, den man stundenweise benutzen darf. Während unseres Aufenthalts war es sehr heiss, da haben wir eine Klimaanlage vermisst. Im Schlafzimmer oben ist die Hitze nachts etwas unangenehm.

Hübsch gelegenes Häuschen mit großen Terrassen in einem riesigen abgeschlossen Grundstück mit zwei weiteren Häusern, u. a. dem des Besitzers. Einrichtung altmodisch aber alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Hervorragende Küchenausstattung. Schöner Blick auf den Ätna bzw. das Meer. Freundliche Vermieter. Kleines Minus: man hört die sehr nahe Autobahn leider deutlich, ist aber v. a. auf der hinteren Terrasse gut erträglich.

J'ai beaucoup aimé cette petite villa notamment l'extérieur avec ses 3 terrasses fleuries et tout le mobilier nécessaire . Antonino et sa femme sont des personnes réservées mais d'une grande gentillesse .Seul bémol le site est difficile à trouver .
