Great location, very friendly staff

We stayed for 6 nights. The room was fantastic and the hotel location was great. The park (Monceau) is a block away and we spent many hours there. The hotel staff was terrific and very accommodating.

Outstanding

Posted 28-Jun-2017
Pros: Attentive and professional staff. High standard of the facility.
Cons: Nothing
Stayed in the hotel for 5 nights, with various family members (ranging in age from 56 to 11) for a big celebration, which was being held at another hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly, and professional. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. We had my husband's suit sent out for dry cleaning and it was returned promptly. Our friends checked in online for their flight but were unable to print out the confirmation, so the concierge took care of this, and printed out and left the tickets in their room. The hotel location is great, being across the street from Marylebone Station, and a short walk from Baker Street and Regent's Park. Would highly recommend.

Luxury hotel in Marlybone

Posted 25-Jun-2017
We enjoyed our stay at Landmark. It is right next to the underground station. There is a M&S grocery store at the station which made it convenient to pick up water, breakfast and sandwiches. We had an afternoon tea at the hotel that was excellent. It was pricey(180 GBP) for 4 of us, but worth the experience. The rooms are very spacious and the service was outstanding.

Luxury comes at a price

Loved this hotel, but it comes at a price. Extremely pricey, but beautiful public areas and appearance. Location and room size is great. I felt the condition of the room could have bee better. Room had a musty smell, like drapes should have Been cleaned or maybe it was a smoking room previously. Other than that I liked the room

Amazing hotel

Posted 02-May-2017
Location: Near Marlybone station which we used to travel to Warick to visit Warick castle. Baker Street station where we picked up the double decker bus tour.
This hotel was steps from Marlybone station and Baker's street station making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel is breathtaking and the staff make you feel like they are there just to take care of you even if you are an American traveler with a minor in jeans and a t-shirt (which is what I was). They exceeded my expectation on every level.

We came here for our anniversary not a special one though still 34 years and my wife booked afternoon tea for us. A bit pricey at £61 inc a glass of champagne each but it is a high end hotel. Initially things at tea didn't go well but Aina was amazing she sorted out the two problems without hesitation and gave a each a free glass of champagne to boot. If service is good I praise if it isn't I criticise I hate people who suffer in silence and then whinge afterwards. Aina 12/10 and remembered our names the day afterwards when we met on an off chance. They also gave us a conpo
