"Everything was great except the bathroom - it was really, really tiny with a sliding door that didn't quite close completely. There were also few places to hang wet towels, so they had to be replaced each day. The staff was terrific. "

"I'm not usually into the luxury hotel scene but wanted someplace safe and quiet as I was traveling alone with my teenage daughter. This checked all the boxes, super safe neighborhood and although I was disappointed by getting an inside room without a view, it was super quiet. BBC headquarters is nearby which means even extra security on the street. The hotel was luxurious and beautiful. Our room was cleaned at least 2x daily. We had a daily fruit platter in our room and shortbread cookies. Lovely tea, coffee and water service in the room was complimentary. Easy walking access to Oxford Circus, shopping, etc.. Some good dining options in the area. Easy to get anywhere in the city or to airport from here. Recommended for peace of mind."

I wasnt going to get into an argument about that as i really apprecaied early check in and upgrade, but it is not what you expect and i dont see what service i received that would not be included in the room rate. "Very pleasant, clean and friendly hotel about 5 minute walk from Marble Arch. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was a nice variety of food in a buffet style. Clean hotel and rooms cleaned daily. Overall it helped to make a wonderful trip away for my family."
