Please note, this is a quiet neighborhood, and we kindly ask that you observe quiet hours after 10 PM. Parties and gatherings of any kind are not allowed to preserve the peace of this tranquil neighborhood setting.   
  
While the area offers a limited number of taxis, Uber and Lyft services are scarce, so having a car is highly recommended. With your own vehicle, you’ll be able to fully explore the surrounding areas and take advantage of all the attractions and natural beauty Cooperstown and Oneonta have to offer.

#### Amazing home for our family!

We had an amazing week at All Star Village and this house was perfect for us. The lake was beautiful and while we didn’t swim, we did enjoy fishing and the view! The home was very clean with plenty of space! This home is about 17 minutes from ASV, which gave us time to come back and relax between games if we wanted. We had the best time and would not hesitate to stay here again!!

#### Gorgeous and relaxing!

We absolutely loved this cabin while spending time in town for CASV! It was so lovely to come back to this peaceful home on the lake after baseball all day. We really loved the different areas of the home which really provided for privacy. The hot tub was awesome to soak in and look at the stars. We rented a pontoon which was super fun. This home made a week long baseball tournament a full family vacation. We didn’t want to leave!!! Perfect place, Jerry!
