"I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. The room was dirty, the bed and couch were visibly stained, and the entire property had a strong unpleasant smell. The furniture throughout the hotel looked broken, mismatched, and poorly maintained, giving the whole place a very run-down feel. The parking lot also felt unsafe, which added to the discomfort. After seeing the condition of the property, I chose not to stay and then had to fight just to get my money refunded. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I would strongly discourage anyone from booking here"

"The room was okay but could have been cleaner and some things need updated. The hotel itself was nice. Breakfast was great. We always try to stay at a Staybridge Suites because the rooms are big. We had one issue when someone else had a key to our room and didnt knock they just tried to enter but luckily we had the security lock on and when the door hit that they left fast before we could see who was there. I'm glad we were in the room and they left. If we weren't there we don't know what would have happened. A scary experience. "

"Great location, you can walk to restaurants and shops. The elevator was broken, not a huge deal since there are 2 - I didn’t mind the stairs. The only thing I can really say negative was that we didn’t get any cable channels…. I had to log into Netflix with our personal account. The room was clean. The couch was kinda grimy with stains- we didn’t use it. Staff was nice."

"Halls smelled like pot. Room had an odor that you became accustomed to. Room was clean. Bed sheets were clean, bedspread had cigarette burns. Bathroom was clean also. We found the bed very uncomfortable. Not our worst stay at a motel. We were looking for a less pricey motel that would take our dogs. Pet friendly was their selling point and they delivered there."
