Trull\` Itria is a characteristic, recently renovated original Apulian trullo nestled in the nature of the Valle d\`Itria, in the countryside of Martina Franca.  
The trullo is complete with accessories such as wi-fi internet, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets. Equipped garden with brick barbecue and parking in fenced area. Crib available upon request.  
Trull\` Itria is perfect for vacations as a couple in the heart of the most authentic Puglia.

The multi-cone trullo stands along a small road framed by dry stone walls. The property is fenced and allows parking inside.  
The courtyard is paved, equipped with outdoor sitting area for relaxation and dining area in shaded veranda with canopy.  
The interiors of Trull\` Itria are nice and cozy, consisting of entrance hall, dining room, kitchenette, 1 double bedroom where a crib or cot can be added if needed, and 1 full shower room.

Trull\` Itria stands in the countryside of Martina Franca, among the most beautiful villages of the Valle d\`Itria, with its lively cultural activity and renowned gastronomic tradition.  
The center of Martina Franca is just 3 km away. The nearest beaches are those of the Adriatic coast, between Torre Canne and Marina di Ostuni.  
   
\- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).  
\- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.  
\- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.  
\- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.  
\- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.  
\- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
