Recent and very efficient sound and thermal insulation. Sleeping area with a 160 cm bed, a dressing room and a small office with window overlooking Avenue d'Albi. On request, a baby bed, travel cot can be set up. Reversible climate control. A lounge area with sofa bed, armchair and coffee tables where you can sit comfortably and follow your TV shows on Molotov TV, your NETFLIX series or connect to You Tub. free WIFI A library is also at your disposal between the living room and the bedroom with a wide choice of books for everyone. Dining area and spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Fridge, microwave-grill, hotplates, coffee maker, toaster... and all useful kitchen accessories. You will also find essential products like coffee, tea, sugar, condiments, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc... A spacious and comfortable bathroom equipped with a sink, a 90x90 shower and a WC and a blowing towel dryer. Shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer are provided. And for fans, a small games box is at your disposal in the living room! The apartment also has a shaded private garden with diverse and varied vegetation, shared with the tenants of the 2nd apartment. You will have a barbecue and a dining area in the shade of wisteria or birch trees. Small useful clarification, you can park your vehicle in front of the house in our free private parking.
