I felt like for amount I paid to stay here, this hotel was not up to the standards I expected. I will say that it was the last hotel in the area when I was making my reservations which is why I reserved this hotel in the first place. The outside looks just a little worse than the inside. If you are wanting to have a luxurious vacation this is not your destintion. If you really just need a place to sleep that isn't your vehicle and you don't care too much about the cleanliness, smell or being somewhere you can't hear your neighbors and those above you, this is the place for you. The staff, however, was incredbly friendly and helpful when checking in. The breakfast selection was simple, yet exceptional. But the room/hallway had an overwhelming smell of cleaner, the ac unit smelt like dirty socks when it was running, (thankfully it was cool enough we didn't need it) I think I would have been okay if the price range was $75/night or less, you get what you pay for. But the price was over $100/night (not going to say exactly how much) and was only worth it because I had an event in that city I needed to be at that weekend.

we were able to check in early on Saturday Feb. 10 we had our son and grandson with us staying in two rooms. got back from our gathering around 9 pm to go to bed. not long after we get in our rooms, some guy apparently drunk starts yelling in the hallway banging on room doors of people he knew there. soon there is a group of people in the hallway yelling at each other, barking like dogs and just yelling and screaming until after 11 pm some one finally came up and got them to quit. Not the family atmosphere I had hoped for on this trip.

When registering the "gentleman" gave the appearance of someone keeping the seat warm for the real person it belonged to. Posture, dress, and attitude less than desirable. The morning clerk was very pleasant and affable.

First impression-There were little pieces of stuff on the floor. Second impression-Our room door doesn’t lock. Something weird about the door. We put on the chain and put the luggage rack against it so if someone opens the door it will make a noise on the tile.

After seeing the hotel and walking in the room, we decided to leave and didn't stay the night. The shower was old and disgusting and the room smelled old and moldy. Definitely not even a two star hotel.

The location of the hotel was something along the lines of a toxic waste part of town. There was no carpet in the rooms and the bathtubs were peeling off paint or sealant or something along those lines. And it had a musty smell to it.

Good Budget Motel
Having stayed under previous owners, was a bit skeptical, but other motels were out of the price range. It was a pleasant surprise to see many positive changes and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
