Since my 95 year old dad was with us the staff gave us a ground floor room with handicap bathroom. The breakfast was outstanding. Having a TV guide to channels was very helpful. Thank you for a great stay

Room was way more expensive for what you got. Staff was okay but seem distracted. We were in town for a funeral and didn't have a lot of options for lodging.

We liked the coziness of the den area, the breakfasts were good except one morning they ran out of coffee and there didn't seem to be an effort to make more in a timely manner. The room service was spotty. They would bring new towels but not remove the ones we had left on the floor to be picked up. They did not check room supplies like coffee packs to make coffee in the room, cups and kleenex. We were there for 5 days but the trash baskets were only emptied twice and the second time after we requested it.

Solid choice if you are not a perfectionist
The common areas of the property are generally in good condition and service was very prompt and helpful. The fixtures in the room show wear. There was rust all around the bathroom doorframe, and the condition of the shower wasn't great either. Lighting was not good.

Have stayed at this facility in the past but tbis time the room was very wet and musty. There are no exhaust fans in the rooms and all the moisture and smells get trapped. Staff was not very friendly this visit. I liked that they are oet friendly and they offer a great complimentary breakfast.

Very nice location and great service.
It was a base of operations for family get together. The service was excellent, but there was a musty order in the room. That's the reason I couldn't give it a full smiley.

We stayed in a suite and the outer room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The bedroom smelled much better. Other than the smell, the hotel and the people who work there were fine.
