They couldn't locate my reservation, they sent me away once, I came back and made them look further and they finally found it ("hey, here it is !!"). But by then they had no rooms, except a huge room that cost double what I reserved, so I paid double, it was either that or sleep in my car. Awful experience, especially after driving all day."
