"Fabulous hotel - highly recommend! Great modern rooms, very clean and comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Lovely bar and restaurant too. Nice quiet location, but easy walking distance to other restaurants and the shopping mall (5 mins). Approx. 20-25 min walk from the main square in Krakow, or very low cost Bolt if you don’t want to walk. All in all such good value. Will definitely go back."

"Gorgeous Hotel , aesthetically pleasing to the eye . We were treated amazingly from the moment we arrived … the Prosecco on arrival was an added bonus . Our room was just as amazing with the comfiest bed and pillow menu to boot . The hotel had beautiful Christmas decorations inside and out ( I believe Christmas doesn’t finish until the end of January) . It was warm and welcoming . The hotel spa and sauna , again was aesthetically pleasing and was just what we needed after our day of adventures . We had breakfast only once which was on my husbands birthday and our wedding anniversary and we were welcomed with balloons , more Prosecco and a brownie with lit candles . Whilst we were having breakfast a member of staff delivered a bottle of wine with two glasses to our room which was a lovely touch . We will definitely return . "

"We absolutely loved staying at the Balthazar. The location is perfect to explore the city, the room was just beautifully appointed and the staff are so incredibly helpful. We ate at the restaurant and it was just superb. Massive plus all round. Particularly impressive is the traditional breakfast. I normally find hotel breakfast terribly expensive and underwhelming. This was not just well worth the money, but surpassed all expectations. The staff were simply exceptional, just like the hotel. We will be back. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. "

"Hotel perfect for a city break, 10 minutes walk to the old town, hotel itself came with all the expectations of 5 star, impeccable service, deluxe double room was spotless with everything you needed for a pleasant stay, quality bed as expected from Sheraton hotels. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel had a small pool, sauna and jacuzzi which were spotless and well maintained Would stay again ! "
