As an Expedia gold member I was not offered either of the benefits that were listed with my booking. The hotel is very central, it is comfortable and the staff, particularly the young lady who was working on reception on Saturday were exceptional and couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. It was disappointing that the restaurant in the hotel was not open as I didn’t want to go out on my own, but the bar snack I was served was very tasty. The location is central and the property is very pleasant. Very comfortable bed and nice big bathroom.

Very clean, well cared for. Hotel is still under construction. Not near any restaurants, cafes. Those that are close are a little down at the heel. Restaurant in hotel is ok.

The beautiful hotel did not fit in with the area. I would stay closer to the water next time as that area seemed better. Hotel was a gem and amazing. Just the area not ideal for visitors.

We had no hot water, but were not informed when we checked in. The manager at that time was VERY accommodating and kind and helped us out. The room was awful. It was sterile, almost hostile, in the way it looked. Stark and bare and just pushed us out as soon as possible. No one would like it in that space. The noise from the street, garbage collectors at 10:30 pm and street cleaners at 6 a.m. made it impossible to sleep for any significant amount of time. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone although the staff was very nice.

I regret that we were unable to meet our high standards during your recent stay.Following maintenance work, we had a hot water failure for an hour and we reacted as soon as our customers returned. For this reason, the problem was solved in less than thirty minutes. It is important to point out that when you checked out, we reduced the room rate by 50% to compensate for this exceptional and very short outage. Restauant had group and was closed to others - room service was then required, it was just OK. AC did not work because either the hotel is in 'heat' mode or 'AC' mode depending on the time of the year and the room was hot so sleeping was miserable.

We moved multiple times during a three day stay as some rooms are very noisy with trams and cars passing directly in front all night. Courtyard rooms are quiet but the courtyard is very small hence lower floor rooms are very dark with little daylight.

From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and welcomed by the staff. The property itself is divine from the lovely bar area, lobby and beautiful restaurant, they have done an outstanding job . Staff could not have been more welcoming, professional and helpful . I felt secure with plenty of measures taken place within the hotel and room itself . It was clean , well maintained and fully stocked . The incredible breakfast buffet was stocked generously, deliciously and thoughtfully. In line with the rest of NH every detail is thought of . Easy walk to train and 30 minute Uber ride from airport . Can’t recommend this lovely gem enough !! All this being said , I can be a picky one !!! 10/10 !!! Enjoy NH Marseille, you won’t regret it

The hotel is very nice and clean. Easy to train station's. A long ride from the airport. The sirens are all night long from the 1st responders. If your not use to city life and noise this may not be your 1st choice

Overheated
Marseille had unusually warm weather when I was there, and the air conditioning at this hotel absolutely could not keep up. It was stifling, so warm I barely slept. My previous hotel in Spain, where it was far hotter, managed to keep the room beautifully cool, but this one failed miserably. Fine for the winter, I'm sure. Avoid in the summer, at least for room 410.

Staff very friendly, Breakfast really top quality - I've travelled all over the world on business/leisure and this was really excellent. The bed was so comfortable - really one of the best ever.
