1- the friendliness of the staff, Christian (late at night) and Mohamed at the bar/restaurant and the morning driver.
2- the proximity and shuttle to the airport
We (my husband and daughter) were extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of our rooms. Furthermore, we had to change room twice.
a) In our first room, we found a large bedbug on the white duvet cover of our bed, we collected it and brought it to the reception. The lady at the reception was dumbfounded but offered to give us another room.
b) In our second room, the sheet of the queen size bed had a large stain on the duvet, I took a picture and brought it at the reception. In addition, the sheet on the sofa bed where my daughter was supposed to sleep on, was stained and had strands of hair that clearly did not belong to one of us.
At the reception, Christian, the night and kind receptionist, left his post to fetch another duvet for us. In the meantime, the employee at the bar/restaurant kindly offered us something to drink while we were waiting.
Since Christian could not give another clean pair of sheets to use on the sofa bed, he took the initiative to give us access to another room. As a result, my daughter and I slept in one room and my husband in another one. Because I was clearly upset, Christian, on his own volition, offered us breakfast for the next day.
I complained at the hotel via email with the picture I took, however, to date, I have yet to hear from the management team.
