Lumineux grâce à ses grandes fenêtres, il comprend une cuisine équipée, une pièce à vivre avec table haute et coin salon. L'espace nuit comprend 1 chambre avec 1 lit double. Un bureau avec un écran 32 pouces est disponibles dans la chambre. La salle de bain dispose d'une douche à l'italienne et d'un meuble vasque. WC séparé. Place de parking privative. Proche des restaurants, commerces, du centre commercial Les Terrasses du Port (5 min à pied) et de l'hôpital européen (1 min à pied).
