Large Studio with terrace access La Fratta is immersed in the nature of the countryside of the Marsciano area, in the province of Perugia, just 20 minutes by car from the center of Perugia. Renovated in full respect of its era, it has been personalized and designed in their furnishings, with artistic interventions that express the care and desire to recreate a reinterpreted, new, alive, warm space. Outside only peace and quiet. A large garden where you can spend relaxing hours, by the swimming pool or to have lunch at the tables set up for the Guests .... The apartment is independent but inserted in the structure where the owners, Elisabetta, Luca and little Eugenio also live. In fact, La Fratta is also the home and studio of Luca Leandri, ceramic sculptor and his wife Elisabetta. Main advantage: go home with your own works made during the holiday ensuring fun and cultural enrichment. For organizational reasons, it is preferable to ask for information at the time of booking. The large room furnished in a modern style, accommodates 4 people with a double bed and a wooden bunk bed for two people (children or teenagers). A nice well-lit kitchenette separated from the sleeping area by a panel used as a bookcase and shelving; an internal corridor leads to the bathroom furnished with sculptural interventions, with a raku ceramic sink resting on sandstone and mosaic. The bedroom leads to the large terrace. Swimming pool in the garden. Breakfast is not included. Mi sono sentita subito accolta, come in famiglia, grazie alla loro grande disponibilità. Oltre a passare un rilassante soggiorno, ho potuto frequentare un corso di ceramica tenuto dal bravo Maestro artista ceramista Luca Leandri, il quale, molto generosamente, mi ha insegnato storia, manipolazione, decorazione e altre tecniche che serviranno per la mia attività. Penso che lo scambio di esperienze con chi alloggia sia parte del loro modo di gestire questa attività. Il nostro alloggio e l'area intorno alla casa sono curati, ci sono diversi elementi scultorei che caratterizzano gli spazi interni ed esterni, anche integrati nelle decorazioni della casa. Oltre al soggiorno abbiamo pianificato una serie di incontri per lavorare su oggetti ceramici secondo la tecnica raku: abbiamo quindi utilizzato il laboratorio che affianca la casa, ed è stata probabilmente la parte più interessante della vacanza. Siamo una coppia con bambina piccola, anche nostra figlia si è sentita a suo agio a spasso nel giardino e giocando con i gatti. ##### Andrea C. Soggiorno favoloso, per quelle che erano le ns esigenze. Riposo, tranquillità , location fantastica, bei locali, confortevoli puliti e freschi. La struttura è confortevole e ci si trova come a casa propria, i proprietari sono pieni di attenzioni e cordialissimi. Scegliere la propria meta di vacanze on-line è sempre un rischio perché, talvolta, le proprie aspettative possono restare deluse. Beh NON è questo il caso!!! Giunti alla Fratta Art-house si respira subito aria serena, familiare e accogliente. Insomma, aria di ferie! Quello che si trova, corrisponde esattamente a quanto descritto sul sito. La presenza di piscina, di un prato e di tanto verde, lo rende un posto adatto anche ai bambini. E' situata in una posizione comoda che permette di raggiungere agevolmente grandi punti di interesse quali Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio e altri fantastici borghi medievali. Elisabetta, Luca e il piccolo Eugenio si son mostrate da subito persone gentili, premurose e molto discrete, in grado di fornire informazioni dettagliate e di fronteggiare eventuali richieste, assolvendo in modo egregio al loro compito di padroni di casa. Tutto ciò ha conferito un valore aggiunto al nostro soggiorno. La struttura dispone di diverse tipologie di stanze. Noi abbiamo scelto quella con una piccola cucina al suo interno, in modo da poter preparare i pasti per la nostra bimba. Ci aspettavamo di trovare lo stretto indispensabile, invece in camera c'era praticamente tutto dal ferro da stiro all'asciugacapelli. dalla biancheria letto e bagno a piatti pentole e stoviglie. Arredamento essenziale ma curato, inoltre, ha appagato anche l'occhio. Posto consigliato a tutti quelli che vogliono davvero staccare la spina e rintanarsi in una piccola oasi verde.
