The rooms were spacious and clean, second row from the beach had a very good view and a tiny garden for sunset tea. Bathroom was spacious, clean and had hot water. Towels were not clean and very visible stains were seen, the floor tower had a very noticeable blood stain on it.
The hotel staff were not that good, check in was a mess. Two staff operating off one computer, looking for our reservation mid a pile of printed out reservation confirmations. The receptionist was not clear on where our room was, where to go, he asked us to go around looking for a member of the staff to help us, rather than calling concierge to help us.
Walked to our room with a member of staff who got us to our room after a couple of minutes of walking. Seconds later a knock on the door, another staff member - clearly fishing for tips - came to check if we needed anything from him.
Food was horrible, although we ordered a very simple plain pizza.
Finally the checkout, again four staff members sharing two computers, we asked for late checkout and were told that the hotel is fully booked so it wasn't possible, however we had booked four rooms, two of which requested and were allowed late check outs.
Overall, the hotel is very nice and has great potential. Great rooms, amazing beach and location is very nice. But something needs to be done with the management of the hotel. For an expensive hotel, literally more expensive than the Four Seasons in Cairo, the staff were horrible
