We enjoyed the Concorde. The buffet had a good variety and changed every day. Snorkeling is very good from the dock. Service was very good.

Average resort experience
It was a middle-range resort experience. The hotel, room and attention from the staff is great, however the all inclusive package was short from what we expected. The snack bar is really really terrible, it was some pieces of cheese (under the egyptian sun), a "salad" and "olives". The wine and alcohol in general is super bad quality, and the buffet was very repetive so it gets very boring when you have to eat there 3 times a day. The food was good but too repetitive. We did like that the hotel has some charm, specially after sunset when the lights go on.

Friendly and Clean Hotel
Overall, clean hotel with friendly staff ready to help. Probably one of the top hotels in the Marsa Alam area. Had all the facilities needed. No complaints from the hotel. Perfect place to stay if you just want a relaxing break beach side.

> Kindly note that I made a check in but they informed that my all inclusive package from your website is soft drinks without hard drinks and your website's didn't declare that point > So anyway the attitude of the reception head was way out of professional and gave me no evidence despite that I booked the same offer twice Also they gave me a room right next to room service working place,it was horrible and noisy till I changed it after two days The staff at reception is simply horrible

Save your money and look elsewhere
We paid 83.00 US dollars to stay at what felt like a resort cruise ship. If your coming to Concorde to RELAX, think twice. I couldn't read a complete page in my book on the beach due to the constant hassling. We just spent two weeks in Egypt exploring Ciaro, Giza, and Luxor where you expect to get hassled, but coming to what they call a five star resort and not being able to even enjoy the privacy of returning to your room without knocks at your door, and the phone ringing off the hook is just unprofessional. I was pressured at breakfast and dinner to tip the cooks preparing my meals. I'm a bartender, who works for tips, I Always tip, no need to hassle me at meal time too. We ended up arraranging a private car to come and transport us to Abu Dabab beach three days out of our six nights at Concorde. We were never greeted upon check in, no one smiled unless they wanted something from you. lastly I was looking forward to using the spa services at Concorde, however the Spa Sales associate was non-stop pressuring me to book a treatment. I felt I was followed and stalked so much I vowed NOT to openly step foot into the spa facilities. The nicest thing I can say is the grounds are well maintained and checking out was still an annoyance but it meant we were finally leaving.

A mistake I will never do next time
The overall experience is terrible. Although the hotel has many potentials to be really one of the most chosen hotels for vacations due to seaside location and other built facilities, but in reality its totally different. The hotel has a very untrained, inexperienced staff. Starting from the managers downwards. English language either is not spoken at all, or spoken in a very funny way that makes no since to any conversation with the staff about almost any issue The restaurant food is terrible with an absolutely inexperienced chiefs and very odd menu and flavors even for the very simple dishes like macaroni or sun-shine eggs..! Room service is not there. forget it. if you are lucky enough to have someone answer your room service calls, you will have to pay for a food that you will not dare to eat because it is very bad or not well cocked. House keeping can easily mistaken the sign at the door and enter your room while you are sleeping or at the bathroom... yes it happened! Spa is another disaster, no way to visit it again for many reasons other than cleanliness or ridiculous prices Finally, the disastrous new year party which were not organised at all, bad food as well (which we had to eat from it the second day I don;t know why? are they saving money or the chiefs were tired from cocking bad food I don;t know?!) Bottom line, there is a plenty of hotels and resorts in Marsa Alam, mostly 5 starts or 4 starts. This hotel I don't even put it in a 2 starts ranking.

Very friendly wait staff. Very good food. Restaurants have overly limited hours. The wifi does not work in rooms and barely works elsewhere. The grounds are very well cared for.

Weekend escape from Cairo
We spent the weekend in this resort and were very satisfied. Professional staff, excellent food (oriental and international cuisine), rooms were very clean and comfortable, access to the coral reef for snorkelling and diving from the beach. Definitely recommended

Nice place to relax. Stuff is friendly specially at the restaurant: Ibrahim, Alaa, Mohamed, Ahmed, Zacharia; and the bar: Ramadan, Youssef, Ragab, Gad and all the other as well. No WI-Fi in the room and no network for the mobile as well

Sister reunion
I was meeting up with my sisters and mother who was travelling over from Sweden. Perfect place for us - quiet, good service and very clean. The food was good and seemed very fresh but maybe a little bit more variety would be welcome since it felt a bit samey at times. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean but I felt the beds were a little bit too hard even for me who likes a relatively hard bed normally. The staff was great and very helpful at all times. I was only there for 4 nights so didn't venture too much outside of the hotel. We did however do a quad biking excursion (organised by people at the hotel) which was such good fun and great value. We also did a 1 day boat trip out to a reef to do some snorkelling and to see the dolphins that live around it. The dolphins didn't make an appearance but it was still a nice day out. Overall, it was a nice stay for the type of trip that we were on i.e. a trip to relax and spend time together as a family.

A Relaxing and Rejuvenating Oasis..!
Enjoyed the anonymity of my stay. The great hotel staff were friendly and attentive without imposing. Thoroughly enjoyed the snorkelling and food,then retreating to the peace and views of my room terrace. Entertainment was available if you wanted it. The perfect place to wind down after Scuba diving. Loved it and plan to go back!

Stunning hotel, rooms were clean and spacious, shower was fully working. The beach and pools were extremely enjoyable (especially diving and snorkelling on the reef). All of the staff were very kind and welcoming; the customer service representative was excellent at e-mailing any responses to questions prior to our visit as well. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail paid to each visitor, they really went out of their way to make you feel special. Recommend 100% to all.

Fabulous Hotel
We booked 2 double rooms for 5 nights. It was the first time at Concorde Marsa Alam. It is a new 5 stars property located on one of the top 10 reefs in the Red Sea. We enjoyed the Warm Sun and delicious food. Rooms are big, clean and fronting Sea.

the food was at best a 2 star rating !!!
An all inclusive FIVE star luxury hotel was sold to us. This FIVE star hotel is advertised with four individual styled restaurant , I must admit after reading the advert again it mentions , an extra charge MAY be levied on some special meals. It dose not say you will be charged EXTRA at three of the four restaurant averrable The only restaurant , that is included in the all inclusive package, is a buffet styled canteen , FIVE star ?? Not I my experience. Misleading , I believe is an understatement . Miss selling I believe is more accurate description.

Great Snorkeling
Fantastic house reef. Emperor Divers onsite. Beds are very firm but you can request a softer option free of charge. All staff very friendly and helpful - six members of staff worked to set the satellite TV up so I could watch the F A Cup final. I had a sea view beachfront room in block 12 which was just far enough away from animation theater to be quiet but not too far from restaurant, pool or bar. It was very close to the beach and pier too. Massages in spa very good. Gym had two treadmills, a cross trainer, a recumbent bike, a multi-gym, a bench press, a preachers bench and a good selection of weights - all were in good condition. Food was a good standard but there was a fair amount of repetition. The food on the Egyptian night was best.

One of the best in the area
This place is the best of the 3 different hotels in the area we've stayed. Very comfortable rooms, great sea view, house reef just off the beach, cared for grounds and strong WiFi signal everywhere (repeaters every 100 feet even on the beach), Emperor Diver's shop on-site. Food left more to be desired but that is to be expected in all AI type resorts in Egypt IMO. Overall - highly recommended.

C’est bien situé, deux plages dont une petite sur les hauteurs. Wi-fi non disponible dans les chambres et difficilement sur la plage. Petit déjeuner complet, viennoiseries, crêpes, œufs Avec un cuisinier au service des œufs impeccable mais pas de bacon, pas de gaufres, viennoiseries un peu sèches. Le midi, aucun effort, crudités ça et là jetées dans des plats, aucune mousse aucune préparation, pas de fromages ni charcuterie . Le soir nous avons toujours trouvé à notre goût, avec un barbecue différent chaque soir. Possibilité de manger dehors très agréable. Au niveau du service, le matin, cuisinier très agréable et serviable aux œufs, sur la terrasse notre petit serveur super adorable par contre il y avait un autre serveur un peu bedonnant vraiment pas plaisant. À la réception, très gentils. Chambre tout à fait correcte. Début décembre nous avons payé, aller retour Belgique allin pour 14 jours -1000 € par personne. Donc rapport qualité prix correct, on ne pouvait pas espérer des miracles avec l’hôtel. Nous nous sommes trouvés dans un bloc pas très loin du théâtre, du boucan jusqu’à 0h30 ! Infernal ! Sans compter les répétitions toute l’après-midi qui faisaient un bruit d’enfer. Donc si vous n’aimez pas le bruit, demandée une chambre dans les deux block les plus éloignés du central. Sans ça vous passerez des nuits infernales ! Attention loin de tout, Taxi hyper cher, trouvez le sur Internet c’est plus intéressant

Un resort non molto grande, le camere sono molto spaziose tutte dotate di terrazzino, il personale tutto, dagli addetti alle pulizie, ai ragazzi del ristorante, a quelli della spiaggia... Tutti gentili, disponibili e sempre sorridenti. Il cibo nella media del posto, di fame certo non si muore. Il posto ideale dove passare una vacanza in totale relax.

Amazing
Truly an amazing hotel, we loved every second there. The food included was absolutely fabulous! The staff were friendly and helpful, the beach was lovely, the garden was beautiful, there’s really nothing to complain about.

Bad pet policy
Regarding pet policy . The dont let dogs on the beach but there is a Camel walking around , only for money . The said pets are welcome but do not let walk any area.
