I had a fight with the Concierge who was more focused in selling tours than helping hotel guests. The television kept turning off but they immediately gave us a new one. The water temperature kept switching from hot to cold and vice versa. There is a spa at the hotel but if you just want to use the jacuzzi you have to pay 25 euros. The hotel is beautiful but overall it is not worth the price and there is a lot to be desired. They have an excellent breakfast buffet however.

Overall clean, Servers are all friendly its the front desk that could use some work. Never heard of a hotel that will not let you bring your own food or beverages in the room you paid for, instead they stop you at door and try to make you pay for their overpriced menu. You will constantly be watched like you are breaking rules. Also they will check for marriage and try to make you pay for another room.

We do not allow outside drinks or foods due to hygiene issue, each hotel has it’s own policies but it is general practice in 5 stars hotels around the world. Regards to marriage certificate, it is obligatory for Moroccan nationality holders only and this is applicable for all hotels in the country.Please accept our sincere apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. Exactly as described. The service was amazing, the room clean and bigger than expected. The boys loved the choice of 6 pools. Obviously the outdoor ones were pretty cold but it’s February, and the indoor ones were great. The choice of restaurants and poolside menu were great and overall very good value for money - some welcome winter sun and a great half term option.

Bad reservation system : BOTH our separate bookings were made past midnight (my collegue and myself) and after confirmation, it appeared BOTH were booked for the following night. At the front desk, we had to buy our nights again, and no refund were given by the hotel for the ones we lost. It was pretty clear we were not responsible for this post-midnight booking mess. But the hotel redused A refund for a night we didnt use. Honestly, we book at least 70 to 100 nights per year on hotel.com . This never happen, and obviously the issue could have been solved differently by both hotels.com, and the Savoy hotel, which i would have expected a way better service and compensation, Disappointing hotel. Otherwise, rooms are ok. Breakfast is great. Problem solving reaction from desk and booking team: as bad as it can be. Nope. I wont recommend going there for that matter.

I liked the property very much. The hotel is nice. What I didn't like was that we had a friend accompanying us that was treated very disrespectfully. Staff was constantly checking on him as if he was doing something bad, which was not the case, and it made us all feel extremely uncomfortable. This constant checking was disrespectful for me too.

Beautiful hotel and facilities, conveniently located next to Menara Mall and restaurants. Room service was at times patchy, had to wait , ringing multiple times for towels , housekeeping had forgotten to replace. `Delayed us getting ready for a wedding event.

There wasn’t much grandness to the part of the hotel I stayed. Even after changing rooms, the room I eventually got had a very terrible smell. Sonia was excellent in getting me a good room, but, with all her efforts, I still got a smelly room, even though it was clean. Ventilation was poor.

I was extremely disappointed. The first night I was in a really old room and honestly it felt like there was bed bugs. I was moved to a more modern room the next day but then the day after nobody came to clean the room until 10 pm. The staff is very hit or miss. There is a lack of leadership and organization. DO NOT go to the spa. It was not clean and the staff was extremely rude.

Fatima (Guest relations)was fantastic. 5 star rating. Just started working here. Assim was very helpful. Door staff was friendly. Breakfast staff was nice. Room cleaners very good. Made my birthday special. Reception was terrible. I bought a pool view room. They downgraded me to the other side so was facing the garden. We complained and asked for a dinner meal voucher. We was told no. 30 minutes later, we was told the room I paid for I could have it. By that time we had unpacked and was not moving room. Management and reception staff this is not how you deal with clients. I fly to 20 countries a year, so I’m often in hotels. Then when we checked out, the reception argued about our late check out status when part of Expedia we had it and it was supposed to be on our booking. Then to be allowed to leave the hotel, they have to give you a card. Our we in a prison?! Also, whilst in the lobby. A Z list football team stands where I am then I was told to move so they could take a photo. There was staff members that did a good job but overall service was poor from front desk and management regarding what we was entitled to with Expedia benefits. My room was downgraded instead of upgraded so that and bad service from reception and management is the reason for the poor rating.

I really likes this hotel. Nicely located and very convenient. I had a great time with the staff members: Hamza was very helpful during breakfast, Imad the tea guy was extremely funny and cool. I highly recommend this hotel to my fellow American if you decided to go there. 🇲🇦🇺🇸

Decent but wouldn’t return
Checkin process was smooth and the hotel staff was extremely welcoming and hospitable. The buffet gets hectic 2 hours after start so highly advise you arrive early. They have a nice indoor people that is quiet. Overall, okay but have some room or opportunity to improve. For example, cups and plates at breakfast had a stinky smell even though they were supposedly brand clean. The staff at night is not equipped to handle first aid cases nor do they handle escalations well, they also flagged us as having 1 individual when we clearly checked in as a family (error on their records and they were apologetic).
