Beautiful hotel, amazing service. The staff was so helpful, incredibly supportive - thank you so much to the team! The rooms are nice, lacking a little bit of privacy (no proper door closure between the room and bathroom) but manageable. Breakfast was really good too, offering a lot of choice. We had a complimentary massage included in the cost of the hotel and it was amazing. The location is convenient, walking distance to most sights to see in Marrakech. The streets are busy and you need to be careful, but once inside the hotel it is like a calm oasis. I would stay here again!

Palais Sebban was fantastic! The perfect place to begin our honeymoon. The service was great, starting with our bags being brought in from the nearest roadway and our welcome tea in the courtyard. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. We were able to have tea service on the terrace of our room. The building and terraces are beautiful. Taking a break from the hectic medina to relax at the riad each afternoon helped make our time in Marrakech even better. The tilework and architecture made the riad one of our favorite parts of the city The location was easy walking distance to many of the sights, and also close to a main road for taxi service if needed. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Marrakech!

Property is adorable, it takes you back in time! Located in the Medina close to many markets. Staff was very friendly. I didn’t want to leave. I definitely consider this property again if I visit Marrakech. Abdul Raheem and all restaurant staff were very helpful!!!

This is the best riad we stayed at in the whole of Morocco! Palais Sebban really stands out for the beauty of its grounds, amazing staff, and above average amenities. There is a great restaurant in the central courtyard next to the pool and an on-site spa (a lot of places will say they have a spa on their website, but it's actually a different establishment some distance away). The staff helped us hire a private driver to the Sahara and were extremely responsive and organized. They also spoke great English, which I really appreciated as my French is not good and I needed to discuss logistics over email and phone. One small quibble is that like most riads, this place has covered its open roof completely with plastic sheeting, so depending on your room assignment, you will not get any access to fresh air at all. It gets quite stuffy at night unless your room has a window that opens into the street. The bathroom also gets very humid for this same reason. But otherwise, this riad was head and shoulders above the 6 others places we stayed at while in Morocco.

This place is physically beautiful, but it was our worst stay in Morocco despite being the most expensive. The problem here is that we felt as though the staff were CONSTANTLY trying to upsell/scam us. First, we had to be very explicit that we wanted to utilize the included spa credit (they just kept trying to sell us on more experiences), secondly the bar staff double charged us and when we spoke up, they showed us their menu which had different prices than the ones given out. Even the night guard tried to charge us extra for our pre-booked airport shuttle. It was REALLY off-putting and completely changed our opinion of this place. Unfortunately, we also ran into upset guests in the lobby multiple times... suffice it to say we weren't the only ones who didn't enjoy this spot despite the beautiful decor.

La réception vous a juste proposé nos autres soins comme nous le faisons avec tout le monde.Pour le transfert retour, vous l'aviez réservé de votre côté avec votre propre chauffeur. Vous ne l'aviez pas précisé à Youssef, notre gardien de nuit qui a tout simplement pensé que vous quittiez l'hôtel avec notre chauffeur et vous a demandé de régler cette prestation car elle ne figurait pas sur votre facture et pour cause.Au bar, la carte est unique. Vous avez demandé au barman le prix des bières. Celui vous a donné celui des biéres pression et vous avez lu sur la carte celui des bières en bouteille qui est différent. Nous avons d'excellentes critiques et je ne vous crois pas quand vous dites que tous les clients de l'hôtel que vous avez rencontré etaient décus.Bien cordialementDominique

Palais Sebban is simply stunning. The staff are friendly and helpful. My luggage was lost and they communicated with the airport on my behalf and arranged transportation to pick it up. SImply put, this riad was the best of all the accommodations that I booked in Morocco and that's saying a lot!

Very beautiful Riad in Marrakech. Excellent breakfast, restaurant bar. Didn't give 5 stars because they have arranged for a driver to pick me up but no one showed up. After waiting for nearly one hour, I spent double for a taxi plus £10 in calls. Sent a message through this app and they replied "you welcome" next day!

First time in Marrakech—unique experience!
First time visiting Morocco and the first stop on my 10 day trip was Marrakech. Palais Sebban arranged a pickup at the airport, someone to meet us right outside the Medina,help us carry our bags inside and give us a tour of the Riad! Upon entering the Palais, it feels like something out of a movie. The Riad is completely hidden in plain sight, which creates its own private oasis in the middle of the red city. What truly made the Riad so special in my experience is the amazing accommodations and hospitality that was brought together. The hotel brings a mix of traditional and modern in its own unique way and should be experienced by everyone visiting Marrakech!
Main welcoming space. Definitely use the pool before you leave.
Traditional Moroccan breakfast included each day.

We had an amazing time at palais sebban, maybe one of my favorite hotels ever. The staff was so nice and the place is just so beautiful. They had construction above our first room that started at 9:30am and we asked if we could move and they upgraded us at no charge. The construction wasn’t bad but we wanted to sleep in :) Hope we can go back again one day!

The riad met our expectations. It was conveniently located to the entryway of the medina, so once we found parking it was a short walk with our bags. The rooms were on the more basic side in terms of architecture and design, however the shared parts of the property were breathtaking. I hesitate sharing this negative, because I'm not sure if it was a "Marrakech" problem or a "Palais Sebban" problem but there was a pervasive sewage smell in our room. We realized eventually that by leaving the shower drain plugged, it stopped. So keep that tip in mind!

Amazing stay!
Staff provided excellent service, from Ironing clothes to cleaning to breakfast service ! Phenomenal service! Location is simply phenomenal, right on the step of the heart of Marrakech! El fenn and Kabana (both have glamorous rooftop and western restaurants) are literally next door! The hotel is a riad with some stunning architecture and period features! Some of the furniture looks tired but I suppose that’s in keeping with the overall vibe! If I have to pick a fault that’s only the fact that the pool is not ideal for little children to have a dip in! It’s more a showpiece pool than an actual pool!

Amazing stay in a beautiful hotel
Amazing hotel in the heart of the Medina. We loved every aspect of this hotel and particularly liked the courtyard, our room and the food was amazing. We would highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Marrakech. The only negative would be the excursion where we chose to go quad biking and felt it was poorly planned, overpriced and underwhelming.

My mom and I stayed for 3 nights and we loved the riad! Amazing from when you first walk in. Inside the medina but in a safe quiet location thats right by a “gate” and very easy to get to. The room was fabulous. The staff was great. Great breakfast included

Worst customer service I ever experienced While I was holding my camera and taking a few photos of the place (it's quite beautiful by the way), a staff member followed me as asked me not to take photos as it's not allowed! I told him that I'm a guest and nobody mentioned this when I checked in. He said yes it's not allowed. I carried on chatting with him and suddenly a lady who probably was the manager/owner said to me that I was taking photos for 5 hours continuously (I checked in around midday, had a shower and then a few photos then had to leave around 1pm to get my travel pcr and I came back around 3.45pm). She was so rude and gave me a look and muttered in French a few words. I told them if I'm not welcomed give me back my money and I'll find somewhere else to stay. Honestly if it wasn't late and had a tour booked at 6pm I wouldn't stay at this place. I don't usually leave reviews unless my experience goes extremely well or bad! And this one undoubtedly the worst I ever had. One more thing, there was construction work on the premises exactly behind my room and the noise was so loud.

Absolutely gorgeous riad!!
Palais Sebban is one of the most gorgeous properties that I’ve stayed in. Its location can’t be beat (an easy 5-minute walk to the souk and Djemaa El Fna, and about a 20 minute walk to Majorelle Garden). An easy taxi ride (20dh) from the Marrakech train station. Excellent breakfast too. A bonus was being super close to a PCR testing place. The reception staff are friendly and speak excellent English.

+ Place is very convenient. Easy to find and easy to get to major attractions. + The rooms, the garden, everywhere you look at, it's beautiful... + Very helpful staff. They were very attentive. Not so good at first, awesome later
First room, the Meknes, was pretty but cold (November), dark, and noisy. Riad was full on the weekend but they gave me a *gorgeous* room after that: very large, with a private terrace, on the second floor, a totally different experience. Restaurant is not bad at all, breakfast is great (except for the coffee, but no one is perfect), has international and local foods, hammam is very reasonably priced and excellent. Service is outstanding. Highly recommended.
