Location is good. Near in the shopping Center, 30 mins walk to Medina, 30 mins walk to Jardin Majorelle. Lots of retaurant nearby. Our room is clean but sometime you can smell the cigarette from the other room.

The property is a proper catfish. The room is nothing like what is on the website. We booked a double with a king size bed and premium bedding in a non smoking room. When we got in we had 2 single beds, that had the worst pillows I ever seen and a single thin white sheet. We needed to pull the blankets out of the cupboard which weren’t nice like a proper douve would have been. The beds were very hard and the room was quite small and also had an ash tray on the little side table. Whilst the hotel looked clean the elevator is ridiculously small and the door doesn’t close properly. We weren’t offered breakfast as an option. The man that works on the night shift is so rude. He made me feel so uncomfortable. They day staff and the tall man who works on the door during the day were nice. My friend stayed a 2 minute walk up the road. She paid £20 less per night and had an amazing hotel with a great room and that included breakfast. I wouldn’t stay here ever again.

Old room, shower wasn’t the best but bed was comfy. Reception/entry wasn’t the best greeting ever. Not exactly helpful with questions etc.

Little to no wifi
The wifi was spotty in the room that I stayed in. In other rooms it was non-existant. I had to request to be moved to a room with wifi, and even then it only worked 20% of the time.

Horrible service at Nassim hotel in Marrakech
his hotel is not worth trying. I try to be objective in my review, even though we have been treated so bad while staying. The booking was done through hotels.com . Booked for me, my wife and my 7 year daughter. When arrived, the receptionist says that we should pay for extra bed for our daughter (20 EUR per night, 4 nights : 80 EUR). Completely surprised, because when I made my booking for a single room with king size bed specifying that we are three inclusive my 7 year girl, no indication that I should pay 80 EUR extra. Anyway, the hotel kept saying if we need an extra bed, it cost 20 EUR pr night. We chose not having the extra bed, however. Our daughter could sleep with us, the bed we had was ok and king size anyway.The day after, when we came back, the cleaning staff had realized that the airCond at the room was out of order, and they wanted to move us to another room. Well, we said ok, don't have any choice so we had to. The room we got did not have the king size bed while having 2 single bed separated and 1 small (very poor quality) bed for our girl. We were not happy that our big double king size bed had been change but we said, what the hell, this hotel is not worth to start another discussion with, because the receptionist (a female) was horrible and I really wanted to avoid talking to her. Next day when we come back after having lunch, we see that they have removed the little bed. Horrible and unacceptable. I Demanded the first room. we moved again to the first room

I booked this hotel as a single person for king size bed. My husband was able to meet me so when we checked in they said I would be charges and extra $30 a day for the extra person. I look online at the same room for 2 people and the price didn't change. I showed this to the lady checking us in and she just shrugged her shoulder. I asked to speak to a manager but no one was available. We left and stayed at a different hotel. Why should I pay 80 for a 50 dollar room????

Breakfast lacked nutrition although displsyed colorfully. Safe didnt work (despite their repairing it). Staff not helpful re tourist assistance. However, the room was quiet and the bed was good.

Hotel Nassim Review
The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the centre of Marrakech. However the WiFi was very poor. Furthermore the pool is very small for the size of the hotel and they have a ban on bringing food from outside the hotel which is absurd.

The hotel is in downtown Marrakech and not far from most attraction area. So close to train terminal. People working there are friendly and ready to help. Rooms are spacious with city view.

The worst WiFi in Morocco but a great concie staff
Very bad WiFi. Comfortable room. Great staff. Poor location. Awful breakfast with feathers in the hard boiled eggs, burnt coffee, small selection, and no cups to drink the juice.

Great staff, but terrible WiFi
This hotel is a mixed bag. First off, the staff is amazing. All the concierge people, bell hops, and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful, except for the guy in the restaurant who chased me down the street to yell at me that I had not paid for breakfast. I had thought it was included like all the other hotels I had stayed at in Marrakesh. No problem, but he yelled at me and insisted I pay him $8 for the single hard-boiled egg that I ate... The hotel is very clean and comfortable, but it is pretty far away from the tourist stuff and their WiFi is terrible! Considering I stayed in multiple different riads close to the main square, and they all had great WiFi, included free breakfast, and cost less than half of the price of Hotel Nassim, I cannot recommend staying there, and I would not return. They must fix this WiFi issue. It was consistently awful, and I was stuck there for 4 days without a decent connection. Unacceptable!

so checkin was great'ish i had to wait until 2pm to check in....i had arrived at 12.30? but i could place my luggage withthem so i guess that was ok. room was just like the picture...a lil souless lacks character and is missing that little something...cant explain it but fortunately for me i spent alot of time outside but i just remember the place being huge inside as in the room but just no character which makes the whole experience feel a little spooky. breakfast was like visiting a morgue. cold quiet no much attention given my staf. i remember two ladies were from England but i was so underwhelmed and just wanted to get out of there i avoided all contact to speed up my breakfast. it was okay again just lacking something - heat energy staff..weird thing was there was menu which you order items from the menu which you have to pay for which was weird as it felt like you are only getting half if that of the real breakfast. when i come to Marrakesh i wasn' to try all the different things not just boiled eggs butter bread tea and coffee and last years croissants. anyway rant over. so back to bathroom i had a bath and placed the town in the wardrobe. so the cleaning lady didn' replace my towel the next day. i used the hand towel and placed in the wardrobe which was clearly causing some massive issue as the women came in took the bathmat tried to tell me i was walking off with bath towels. however she couldnt understand me so instead of listening handed me the phone. very wierd.

Old hotel in new city
Well lets just say pictures are not accurate. It is a very old appearing hotel but fairly well maintained. Security staff was very friendly and helpful but everyone else was about average or below. I was primarily frustrated because I was told breakfast was included and was also specifically told they had a gym with a treadmill. Upon arrival I was told the gym was under construction and that I did not actually have breakfast included. The only reason I even stayed here and payed slightly more for this place was for those two reasons. Considering both Expedia as well as hotels actual website falsely advertised a gym was already frustrating. Then I was told "why don't you just run outside its better for you anyway." didn't exactly make me feel better about the situation. When I enquired more about why I was told there was a gym, I was told it was closed and that I should talk tot he manager for other options. Well I returned several times for further information and was continuously told that the manager had not been reached at all. I was given a new time to come back to speak with the manager and this cycle continued for the duration of my stay.

Excellent place to stay, would return!
Reception were very friendly upon arrival, able to speak at least four languages. Were keen to help and give advice, directions, etc. There was nothing they wouldn't do for us. All staff were extremely polite at all times, apart from one who oggled my fourteen year old Daughter constantly to the point that she was uncomfortable approaching the bar. But once another visitor advised him of her age, stopped immediately. The hotel was clean and comfortable.The food was good and averagely priced. The pool area is pretty and well maintained at all times. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return!

Very comfortable hotel, swimming pool more of a plunge pool and positioned in front of bar. Parking limited to roadside in front of hotel. However hotel was comfortable and very clean. Hotel staff friendly. Beware and no smuggling food from outside!!!!

Is a good place to stay in the new part of town close to everything. 20 min walk to the Medina and great staff that actually speak English and French. The only thing that I will not take from the hotel is the tours. The agency they have is not the best and have extra hiden costs. Other than that the place is great to stay

My first time I have been to marrakech and I bokked this hotel nassim 4 stars,but I must say this hotel didn't merite that ,about all I saw its 2 star hotel. The guy in reception was very friendly and kind,the room was clean and ok,the towel in shower very old,the breakfast it's looks like u are in a bar nothing to choose maybe better to have it outside,they said there is swimming pool ,one morning I was going to swim it's size of bath,anyway it's not 4 star hotel sorry. I went to see outher hotel 4 star they where much better and u can see the different .

Hôtel vieillissant, moquette sale dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner avec peu de choix et différent selon les clients (certains ont droit à du jus d'oranges frais pressées et d'autres doivent se contenter de jus en poudre). Une seule prise électrique dans la chambre... Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, l'hôtel ne dispose pas de parking. Si par chance vous trouvez un parking dans la rue vous devrez payé un gardien.
