Although the check-in was a bit rocky and the initial room was noisy due to AC issues, they were willing but I think they had no choice to give me a better room. They told me they upgraded me, when in fact they had no choice as the hotel was full. The upgraded room was 10 times better. Maybe I will book their deluxe rooms and forget the superior ones :)

The area is excellent. The Property is beautiful, however the front desk lady at the check in wasn't really friendly.

The spa, weight room, and rooms were very nice. The service was just ok. took a long time to get requests completed and the food isn't very good. It isn't 5 star. stayed at a 5 star Hilton the day before and it blew this away.

NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL. THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. NE JAMAIS RÉSERVER CET HÔTEL. ILS VOUS ARNAQUERONT VOTRE L’ARGENT. This is NOT a five start hotel, to start off. Bad customer service and rude to guests. This is BEFORE we had any issues. Apart from that, we were stuck in the earthquake and they would not give us access our room for the rest of my group’s stay. Understandably for safety, so we had to check out early to find new accommodations. They refused to give us a refund for the rest of our stay until I talked to the director/president of the hotel who personally approved our group of 8 rooms’ refunds for the nights we could not use. Fast forward to 3 weeks later, after having to follow up by multiple e-mail and calls, they said they will processes them next day. Now, almost 3 weeks later and hundreds of dollars in international call fees, they HANG UP on me every time I call and refuse to let me speak with the Director/President. This is so disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Little do they know, I enjoy putting my law degree to good use. Wish them luck.

Without a doubt the staff and property were outstanding. Rooms were kept very clean and staff were above and beyond helpful. We were on-site during the recent earthquake and every effort was made to ensure that guests were well taken care of! Everyone from the manager to service staff were calm, efficient, kind and helpful! I highly recommend this location for your next visit to Marrekech! Gold stars to all!

My baby he was sleeping at 4 am fall from the bed
Hi dear l My baby he was sleeping at 4 am fall from the bed to the ground because they didn’t put the corners in the room . On 3 if August they put the corners it was too late. My babies hurt his head and it was very bad. This is not on I need something to be done. Many thanks I’ll try to put the photo I can put them on

We had a lovely stay here. It is close to the airport and Medina but the hotel amenities are really great value for the price. Excellent food, a lovely pool and gym facilities. We will come again.

Everything was good, except the shower in the room which was a real disaster! There is no shower curtain or anything to keep the water from running all the way outside of the bathroom to the room ! every time we shower, we had to mop the floor all the way to the outside of the bathroom. The shower head is at almost waist level. So we had to either sit down to shower or hold it with one hand the whole time. Very unsafe bathroom :( The staff was very friendly and professional.

Overall the staff were friendly but the hotel, although quite grand, was a little run down. I had a horrible (very heavy) leak in my room where the entrance area was constantly flooded with water. I was told it was the AC unit but the water was literally gushing at times. Maintenance took forever to come and attempt to fix it on two occasions but I was not offered another room. I guess since I only had 2 nights they didn’t bother. I ended up just putting bath towels on the floor in the area to catch the water and wring it out every now and again. While the rest of my stay there was good, this was really a deal breaker.

Beautiful hotel staff very friendly and helpful only downside was refurbishment going on but staff did warn us, also no air conditioning on in the winter months even although it was 26C

The hotel is average, nothing impressive or high quality. The staff needs proper training, upon check-in it seemed as if I had caused an inconvenience. The doorman wouldn't even open the door. The stay was average with nothing to report on, they don't offer basic hot water for tea and coffee in the room . The iron I had the wires sticking out and could potentially be a health hazard. When I was checking out at 6:30am we had to look for and wake up someone to assist us, the person was unable to find a copy of our deposit payment and this whole process took 15 minutes. This hotel has great potential but the staff and management have negativity impacted it.
