Fantastic and fabulous
This is the best hotel in Marrakech! Everything from the start to finish was perfect. All the staff were great and attentive. The hotel itself is fabulous and very clean! I didn’t want to leave, it was just magical and in the perfect location. Thank you for making my hoilday perfect, we will definitely be back xx

Our first time at Es Saadi Marrakech & would definitely recommend - room was amazing, spacious with lovely balcony. Setting with all the trees & gardens was beautiful & felt like an escape from the hustle & bustle outside - all the food we had was top notch & service impeccable 10 out of 10

I find this historical, unique all suites hotel with a mature park like garden a museum class art collection by far the most interesting five star hotel in Marrakesh. Service, kitchen, matches the quality of architecture. Tullio

Absolutely best service to offer! From doorman to hotel checkin to our concierge, everyone took care of us and went out of their way to get things done for us! Hotel was great had a very good time and will definitely come back again thank you!

The gardens were excellent, rooms had good views, breakfast was bit limited, birds flying around in the breakfast area, too often munching on the cereals , not sure if this complies with health and safety, but this is Marrakech where people live to con others.

Lovely stay
Our second stay at this hotel. It was even better than the first. Upgraded to a beautiful suite, all the staff were friendly and helpful especially at breakfast and the pool staff.

Lovely Hotel and experience
The Hotel was an excellent choice in Marrakech, we enjoyed our stay, pool was great. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are very spacious and confortable. Few missing items need urgent attention : kettle or coffee maker Iron and iron board.

Best Hotel Room I've ever stayed in
Fantastic Hotel. Sayed in a suite and have to say it was the best hotel I had ever stayed in (and I travel a lot for business). Highly recommended. Service not quite up to scratch for this sort of establishment though.

Good choice in Marrakech
The room and the hotel were very nice. Nice garden view from balcony. Some missing items in the room: coffee maker or kettle, kleenex in the room, iron and iron board were also missing. Otherwise everything else was just fine including the breakfast.

Lovely hotel but plenty of room for improvement
Lovely hotel with relaxing pool area and thermae spa. Pool snacks expensive but Moroccon buffet reasonable value. No welcome drink on arrival which was very unusual as this was the only place we weren’t offered one in the whole of our holiday. Also one cake in room, delicious but couldn’t understand why they couldn’t have provided one each! Fizzy yoghurts on the breakfast buffet and only place we ended up with upset stomachs! Service in hotel was the worst we experienced and we stayed in a selection of raids, kasbah, desert camps.

The Palace is amazing in every respect, service is great and the staff very helpful and friendly. I would recommend eating out as the quality of the food available at the hotel is not great and certainly not at the prices charged!

Can’t say enough good things. Staff was friendly and helpful with booking excursions and arranging transportation. Room was perfect. I had breakfast each day and ate at 3 of the resort restaurants. All my meals were good. Resort was an easy walk to the medina as well as Ménara Mall. Be sure to book the quad bike excursion to the lake...Great time!!

We stayed in Ksar 1 Duplex. Season was quiet so not crowded yet staff were a Property feeling but well equipped and not too small. The villa has a butler service which was 100%. ttentive and friendly. Boutique Property feeling but larger enough and well equipped for most people. Restaurants are unique at least each worth one visit. Pools and pool Services very good. Room Service/pool menu is OK. Gym is OK. We did not use the Spa Services. Everything is massively expensive at this place so it really must provid an excellent experience. It was.

A five star hotel with a five star plus treatment. Staff were courteous, professional, knowledgeable helpful and efficient. The property is safe and secure and a comfortable walking distance from the city centre. It is also a stone’s throw from the delightful Atlas Mountains with reassuringly pleasant guards. What is not to like?!

We just loved staying at the es Saadi palace! The service was fabulous, especially in the Moroccan restaurant. Close enough, but far enough removed from the chaos of the medina. We found it to be incredibly relaxing. The front desk staff were a little rude/icy.., aside from those folks, 5 stars all around!

You get a lot for your money...beautiful/large room, very attentive service, free breakfast, free private airport transfer in luxury car, free WiFi, free access to indoor pool and steam rooms (gorgeous with no chlorine smell and I normally hate indoor pools).

In a convenient location. All the comforts you can think of. Great pool and spa with an attentive staff. The food was very good for breakfast and snacks. A couple of the restaurants were really outstanding. Great relaxing setting. Choice of where you stay - the Hotel, the Palace, or a Villa - worthwhile splurging. The gardens in the compound are nice to wander about - the big surprise is the art work all over the facility.

Amazing property - very clean, staff are extremely attentive and friendly. Service was excellent. They have a nice pool, workout area, restaurants. Breakfast was included and the food was delicious. It is not too far from the main markets (about a 5-10 min taxi ride depending on traffic) and the taxis are not too expensive here.
