I liked the resort had security and my private guides and taxis had to go through security. My hotel room was fine. I had a clogged up bathroom sink. I had to go to the desk to get it resolved because my calls weren’t answered. The food wasn’t that great and I ended up not feeling good. The hot foods weren’t that hot and the seasoning was off. I couldn’t even get a pot of good coffee. It was a Nescafé dehydrated coffee. I realized on my last day at the resort, there was an espresso machine at the bar. However, the food and drinks outside the resort was great. I was not impressed with the lack of details the front desk had regarding taxis and resorts. There was no consistency with taxi and booking details such as pricing. Prior to leaving the last day, I informed the front desk that I would need a taxi at 4:00 AM. When I reconfirmed this taxi on Saturday evening, I was told don’t worry and I confirmed that price is usually $200 to $250 Moroccan dirham. If the hotel has taxis on standby for destination, should the fare be determined before hand. I was should that my fare when I arrived to the airport to the resort was $130 Moroccan dirham and leaning the resort at 4:30 AM was $250 Moroccan dirham. But what upset me was the fact, the taxi driver then said $300 Moroccan dirham at the airport. It definitely left a sour taste in my mouth leaving the resort. But I did enjoy relaxing at the pool and spa. I just wished our rooms had better tv channels and toiletries.

This is a superbly run place and we really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The resort was relatively small and our room was perfectly quiet. The room was cleaned without fuss everyday, even when we stayed in the room all morning. The buffet was small but the food was varied. The ‘mainstay’ items, such as couscous and tagine, pasta, meat and fries were all delicious. On new year’s eve there was a gala dinner which was really impressive. Both the lobby and poolside bars were great. They make a very good mojito by the beach. There is a small play area for children which was fun. The major plus for us was the indoor swimming pool of very good size, which was ideal in the chilly winter months. We liked zumba by the pool and kids’ mini disco. The animation team was super nice.

Incredible property and amenities. I only stayed two nights on the way home to decompress and Would definitely book a whole week here next time. Good food options and cocktails and incredible service and one of the best values for an all inclusive I’ve ever stayed

In order to make this review an easy read, I’ll make a list: 1. Only two restaurants, and there isn’t food available 24/7 even though this is all inclusive. The restaurants close midday and reopen at night. Also no room service option 2. Rude front desk staff, but the restaurant staff was great. 3. Check out time is not 12pm as advertised, it’s 11 am, and if you use the room phone to call the desk for any issues, there’s a fee. 4. WiFi is terrible and cell service is limited in certain areas. I had to switch rooms. 5. Not many activities on the resort. I didn’t see any facilities except and indoor and an outdoor pool. Allegedly there is a fitness center. 6. Your best bet, like I did is to pack your days with a lot to do outside the resort and just use it as a place to sleep. 7. Family and kid friendly, which also means it is conservative. This was not an issue for me, but may be for some.

When we got there, they took us to are room in a golf car on the way it was so dark almost no visibility. The floor tales broken every were. The pool water frozen. Ridiculous cold. And the could buy new towels. But the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very clean inside and out. The pool and pool activities were awesome. The food was not that great and options did not change much like other all-inclusive hotels I’ve been too. The hotel is not walkable to anything but they offer a shuttle to drop/pick up to the Medina daily. Enjoyed speaking with all the staff throughout my staff. Very helpful and accommodating during my stay. I did not use the spa but they offered many nice services for a reasonable price.

It was an amazing 4 days stay with everything included, great atmosphere, great environment, everyone is happy, and a very nice getaway from daily routine. once you check-in, you don't feel that you should leave the place and when you check-out, you just want to get back in.

Amazing beautiful place to stay & what made it extra special is the Staff very welcoming & happy to help. The staff were very nice. The food and facilities were not 4 star quality, the air conditioners did not combat the 40C heat whatsoever, the pool was full by 8:30am and the single pool bar had a constant 10-15 minute line-up.

We booked this Riu bc the adults only was sold out. We still enjoyed our time there. The restaurants in which you have to make reservations to are still Buffetts and not real restaurants as we were used to at other riu locations. No swim up bar in pool and no waiters around the pool to serve drinks. The room was really hot night one but we called the front desk and they came to fix the air. It was about 114 degrees so maybe that is also why the room would not cool very much. Overall this location was convenient. They have a shuttle that takes you to the Medina for free. Front desk is very helpful, and very easy to take a taxi. Download Roby app and make sure you are getting fair prices. We left the property often at night to go out for dinner as the dining options there were limited and tiring to do for an entire week. Still a nice hotel and relaxing trip. If you have children, staff is very nice with children.

Staff were very nice. There was an issue with my room phone which after three days complaining, they did nothing, till I had to request to talk to their manager and talked to him not that nice. That worked and the technical team were in my room in 10 minutes.

We were not checked in properly which resulted in us being stopped by the security guard 2 days into our holiday as we were not issued with a wrist band. All the other staff were brilliant and helpful. Entertainment was poor and the food was very limited and disappointing. Overall I do not believe we got value for our money and I would not stay at this hotel again.

I like the safety of this hotel. The food is also good but the staff is not so good. They do not help other guests only the ones they like. Our first night, the woman who checked us in gave us a very bad room. Good that the other staff mentioned that room has many faulty and he let us ride in the cart and showed us a better room. When we checked out, the front desk said we are responsible for airport transfers when I am a RIu member and it said airport transfers included. We have a get a taxi and the taxi driver tried to overpriced us. It was not a good experience.

My overall experience was fair. However, I had few small ( ants and roaches) guests lodging with me. Lol however, I was told it was ant season. They immediately came to spray the room and served it daily. Plus, I was on the ground level. RIU properties are nice but bugs I don't do and I wouldn't want to take ants or roaches back with me.

My partner and I visited Riu Tikida Palmeraie for my birthday and the staff were absolutely brilliant! We can’t thank them enough, they really made the stay perfect!

Fantastic stay
Incredible stay. Staff were very attentive, very friendly and helpful and just all so nice. Really great food and plenty of it, as a vegetarian this sometimes is a bit more difficult but it was so easy here. Lots of activities and an easy journey to the main city. The only small downside was that the outside pool isn’t heated, so very very cold! Too cold for us to go into. But there is an indoor pool which is heated. The spa is also amazing. We had such a great stay and would definitely totally recommend

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. All the staff was friendly especially the guy with the braces at the front desk. I hate I didnt get his name but he was great!! 10/10 do recommend
