Fully self contained with 3 bedrooms(2 queen size beds and a bunk with a double on the bottom and a single on the top). Bath towels and bed linen included. We have 1 full bathroom plus 2 seperate toilets. This property welcomes adults and children. There is a spacious back deck for afternoon drinks. The high set cottage has air conditioning but you'll rarely need it with the flow through sea breeze it gets most days. The pet friendly cottage is fully fenced so bring the dog.(Pets are only allowed inside the house if they are house trained.) We allow a maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed on the beds or any other furniture and not to be left at home alone for long periods of time. There is undercover lock up parking and plenty of parking on the property. The Shack is in a residential area. Parties and large gatherings are not allowed. Students are not allowed to stay during the Schoolies weeks. We do not allow trailers or caravans to be parked on the property, including the driveway inside the property. You are welcome to bring your boat however, sometimes it can be difficult entering the property whilst towing a boat if there are cars parked on the street. Things to do There are some bicycles provided so you can ride to the beach, along the river, to the shops, or just to explore the area. You will need to bring a bike pump for these. If you like shopping Sunshine Plaza(the biggest shopping centre on the coast.) is a 10 min walk away. For night life Ocean St is 15 min walk. It has great restaurants and bars you can dance the night away in. The usual attractions Australia Zoo, Underwater world and Aussie world are a short drive away. There are great beaches from Maroochydore south all the way to Caloundra. Or North from Maroochydore all the way to Noosa. Take a picnic lunch and explore the beaches, climb Mt Coolum or head to the hinterland and visit the villages of Montville, Maleny and Mapleton. There are many waterfalls in the hinterland so take your bathing suits. There is so much to do in and around the Sunshine Coast within 50km of Maroochydore. This is just a small introduction. We were so impressed with how clean & tidy the house was. Our 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed playing & napping in the enclosed yard. The deck had a beautiful breeze which was lovely on the hot evenings. The location is fantastic, really close to everything. Our kids are keen to come & stay here again soon! ##### Johanna H. It is close to river, beaches, shopping and restaurants. The yard is excellent for traveling with a dog as it is completely enclosed. There are two great decks, one small one at the front and a large deck at the back. It was very clean and well presented with many extras supplied such as bikes and toiletries. The. property is in a quiet street with walking areas close by. I would recommend this property to family and friends ##### Lynne C. Very dog friendly. We enjoyed ourselves. Back deck is great to sit and relax hopefully soon the building behind will be finished and it will be nice and quiet again. I had an absolutely amazing experience at this accommodation! The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to the mall, which made shopping, dining, and entertainment incredibly convenient. It was so nice to be close to everything without needing to drive far.The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and all the small touches — like fresh towels, coffee, and local recommendations — made it feel like a home away from home.What really made the stay exceptional were the hosts. They were warm, responsive, and genuinely caring. From check-in to check-out, they made sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay, which made all the difference.If you're looking for a cozy, convenient place near the mall with truly great hosts, look no further. We stayed Mon-Fri with our dog .The house was exactly to the pictures , clean , well thought out & and the breeze was amazing. Everything was there ( we took all our own bits towels , shampoo, sheets , cups ) but the house is so well stocked, there really was no need . Check in was easy and so clear -we had no need to contact the owners but had numbers if needed. Even the gardens had been mowed - great yard for the dog . And off road parking . I know people always say “would book again “ but we are going to book for later on in the year . The dog beach in twin waters is an off lease beach & truly an awesome place Great job to the owners ##### Sarah M.
