Stopover in Reims
Hotel was nice and in a good location to explore Reims. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The family room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection of food.

1 night family stay
Midweek stay for couple with 2 teenage children en route travelling from Calais to the South of France. Hotel is easy to get to, covered parking 2 minutes away and centre of Reims about a 20 minute walk. Family room was clean and spacious. Hotel was quiet and downstairs bar area well presented. Staff very helpful. Recommended.

Great Hotel Experience in Reims
From the moment we arrived, we knew we made the correct choice. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful, and the facility, including our room, was clean and pleasant. I was happy to have secured parking, and the breakfast was superb. I wish the complimentary breakfasts in the US were as varied and extensive. Overall, we would unequivocally recommend this hotel to all.

The location was convenient. They had soups and other foods for purchase in the lobby to heat in the room, so we didn’t have to find a restaurant on a Sunday night. The property is also soundproof enough that we couldn’t hear the construction next door

The hotel was within easy walking distance of the centre of Reims which was great for eating out in the evening and exploring the shopping area. Plenty of parking near by but I would have been happier if I had reserved a space in the hotel car park as I felt that the security would have been better. By the time we arrived it was full, so my advice would be to book it in good time

It felt like a holiday inn on the wrong side of the tracks. I loved Reims so much and next time will look for a hotel that is in the immediate vicinity of the downtown. Walking over to the neighborhood where this hotel is located was a downer every time. And they really need to include breakfast. We eschewed the 15 euro breakfast and walked over the tracks to a cute cafe that had MUCH better atmosphere.

The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly! Breakfast at the hotel was outstanding. Loves the large selection of food and beverages available for purchase in the lobby. Facility was clean and an easy walk to the train station and the rest of the town.

great location. Breakfast was excellent, Staff very good. Carpet a little worn and dirty looking, but the rest of the room quite comfortable and well-kept. Don't miss the little museum down the street commemorating the surrender of the Germans in WWII

Comfortable & convenient stay
Location has fairly convenient access into the town center if you like to walk. We enjoyed trekking so it was nice. It's close to the train station & quiet if the windows are closed at night. Staff were nice but didn't fulfill our request for new towels. We did decline room cleaning but still like to get some new bathing towel. They do share train station parking structure so payment is needed. We like it.

While the staff was really nice, this is not a 4 star hotel. Probably not even 3 to be honest. The actual hotel is very old and needs a renovation. It’s a really odd room but it’s spacious. Unfortunately the old design and decor combined with carpet make it feel a little old and not tidy and comfortable. Aside from looks, the pillows are not comfortable. The air conditioning barely works. We had to move rooms and still ran into the issue that the AC didn’t work and the manager said others were having issues too. Because of the design, the shower gets water all over the floor in the bathroom and it doesn’t drain well. The breakfast was okay, but the fruits looked and tasted old and I think they use powdered eggs. They also charge a fortune for tiny bottles of water. The location is on the other side of the tracks literally but it’s not a far walk into town. I would suggest staying somewhere else though until the property is seriously renovated.

perfect hotel with excellent service
Love this hotel, stay every year on drive up from the south of France- 2.5 hours from Calais and secure parking available next door for 10 euros for 24 hours. Ten minute a walk to city centre main strip for food and supplies. Always amazing service: reception found me English breakfast tea and fresh milk for the room. Rooms are generous sized and am everything is mobile, including desk and television which is great for eating and watching from bed! Breakfast was managed very carefully given Covid.
