Lalilla blue suites NOT all inclusive
The description of this hotel was totally inaccurate. We booked it as an all inclusive end of season treat with friends, only to arrive and be told the board was on a B&B basis as the season was closing. Even though the hotel was good and clean, gym, indoor pool etc were all closed up so unable to use them. We were a bit miffed to say the least.

Good hotel, poor management and additional charges
The hotel is very clean, in a great location with large rooms and a good size balcony. We had a pool view which appears to be the best. Other guests told us that their rooms with a road view or side street view were noisy. The pool was quite cold and there were sufficient sunbeds for everyone, but I would expect both to change during the summer months. The food was buffet style for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is something for everyone, but the quality is as expected for a buffet, and we chose to eat out most evenings. The drinks were of cheap ingredients with additional alcohol required. The service was generally good, with attentive staff. The bar staff, waiters and cleaners were all polite happy and helpful, although at times there were language barriers. Unfortunately, the management staff were far less attentive, helpful and considerate, and at times rude. Most notably the blonde female working at the reception. We had a difficulty with the electricity being turned off in our room to which she responded 'I had similar in my house', without any explanation nor apology. We had an issue were our taxi to the airport did not arrive, and received no assistance from this same woman, in fact she appeared to be defending the taxi company who did not show up in the correct taxi. WiFi, use of an iron or a safe are all incur additional charges. The WiFi is frustrating and logs you out every so often. Guests are mainly families, couples or friends from the UK.

Wonderful stay with excellent buffet variety
Our stay at Lalila as a family was great. The hotel is beautifully set up and close to many shopping areas and restaurants. The rooms are nice, the place is clean and hygenic and the food is amazing. We loved how dinner buffet was different each night and the breakfast and lunch buffet were so good too. They had something that everyone could it. I was able to book bali massage and I highly recommend it. My massage was done by Suri and she was so good that without any conversation she was able to find out the knots and tension points in the body and did her best to relieve them. She was also accurate in guessing some of my medical conditions just on the basis of the massage. It was worth it. The only thing I wish was better was the presence of free wifi considering it is an all inclusive hotel. Also our bathroom didn't have a lock on it, not sure why though, I thought maybe it was part of the hotel design. Also please note parking is difficult especially in the high season periods we had to park our car at least a 7 min walk away from the hotel on the street. Overall it was a good experience, will recommend and come again

Nice hotel in great location
Stayed here with my friend for 5 nights, our first time to marmaris Ideal location, right near the beach, bars, resteraunts and water park Very clean, maids changed sheets and towels etc daily Osman and Yasin very friendly and welcoming Pool area clean and never had a problem getting a sun bed Food wasn't great, I usually ate at the snack bar in the day time and go out for food in the evening We had a bronzing Turkish bath package at the spa which was one of the highlights of our holiday would defiantly reccomend Overall excellent hotel with food being the only let down

dishonest hotel
very bad and dishonest business, they charged us 150 TL for internet usage, watching TV is paid, we only bought breakfast carpet, my daughter wanted 3 slices of onion rings and we asked how much we would pay extra, the restaurant department manager of the hotel said our treat, the reception desk is for 3 dlim onion rings. They asked us for 300 TL, it is not an honest business, the quality is very low, their only focus is to deceive customers.

Convient ou pas selon vos critères…
Hôtel avec une clientèle venue majoritairement de l’est (Russie, Ukraine, etc..) ambiance qui ne nous convenait pas car avec des séjours all inclusive on a une certaine clientèle qui est attirée par notamment la boisson, le gaspillage, le bruit, l’excès, le profit,… ne convient pas aux familles, aux couples venus chercher le calme, la sérénité convient aux fetards, aux personnes qui veulent des forfaits tout inclus et ne sont pas regardants sur la qualité, le bien être etc Cela dit nous avons eu une chambre surclassée avec piscine privative au lieu d’une chambre standard. Dommage que les voisins ont perturbé notre baignade avec leur musique au son élevé Rapport qualité/prix très correct. Le buffet était très bon, le petit déjeuner moins à mon goût.

Otelde otopark problemi var. 3 araçlık sadece. Önüne başka araçlar park ediyor. Kimin park ettiği belli değil. Otoparktan çıkamıyorsunuz. Ayrıca yemek masaları yetersiz. 1 üst kata çıkma ihtiyacı oldu. Tercih edilebilir.

Konumu güzel, konforlu ama plaja biraz uzak
Otelin gerek girişi, gerek kahvaltı yeri gerekse odaları konforlu idi, otel yeni bir otel olması sebebiyle fizik donanım açısından güzel idi. Kaldığımız oda biraz küçük olsa da konforlu idi. Otelin odalar açısından bir eksisi en üst katlar harici denizi gören (çok az görülüyor o da) odaları hiç yok. Havuza bakan ve yola bakan odalar var, tavsiyem havuza bakan odalar ve en üst kat odalar. Giriş personel gayet ilgili idi, yemek yerindeki personelde ilgiliydi. Personelin biraz daha maske konusuna dikkat etmeleri gerekir. Yemek bölümü biraz küçük olsa da kısmen yeterli idi. Yemek çeşitliliği biraz arttırılması gerekir. Otelin konumu merkeze yakın sayılır (2 km). Sahilden yürüyerek merkeze 20 dakikada varabilirsiniz. Otel plaja 200 metre uzak. Plajın yanında değil. Plaj kısmında otelin kendine özel plajı ayarlanmış olsa da kapasitesi çok az. Erkenden gidip yer kapmanız gerekir.

Çalışanlar oldukca güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Otoparkta yer olmamasina ragmen Emrah bize yardimci olup yer gosterdi 3 yas cocugumuz ve onun araba vs oldugu icin bu bizim icin cok önemliydi.yine oda konusunda da tolerans gostererek olabilecegin en iyisi icin caba gostermeleri nedeniyle cok memnun oldum. Tek sorun plajın otel önünde olmamasiydi. 150 m az gibi gorunse de sicak ve kucuk cocukla ulasim zor oluyor, her ihtiyac icin otele donmek bizi zorladi.

Bra hotell i Marmaris
Hotellet är jättefint, personalen service är topp. Enda nackdelen för mig var att all inklusive slutade klockan 23. Hotellet är ca 100 meter avstånd från stranden. Jag har inte testat deras strand. Frukosten, lunchen och middagen på hotellet var bra och tillräckligt. Sista dagen upplevde jag lite problem med en av personalen i hotellet men kan bero på massa bränder som skedde sista tiden i Turkiet och personalen var stressad över det. Personalen och chefen är jätte proffsiga på att hantera kunder tyckte jag. Kan boka om hotellet om jag någonsin besöket Marmaris igen.

Bon rapport qualité prix
Établissement à un bon rapport qualité prix, il s'agit d'une sorte dhotel ibis en France. Malheureusement des lors ou vous avez des anglais le calme n'ai pas au rendez vous et vous passez souvent des nuits très agité. Sur la plage à 100 mètres il n'y a pas assez de transat pour les vacanciers car c'est une plage privée partagé avec un autre hôtel. Les serveurs ne sont pas très aimable au petit déjeuner donc vaut mieux se servir tous seul. Mais c'est un bon rapport qualité prix.

beaucoup de travail à faire pour l’amélioraTion
Alors pour commencer lors de ma réservation on me dis internet gratuit une fois sur place la connexion wifi deviens payante ( à l heure actuelle c’est quand même grave ) on nous dis que dans les espaces communs il y’a du wifi et bien non pas de wifi , concernant la restauration c’est bof bof à part le déjeuner les autres repas c’est pas du tout sa , et le point finale lors de la sortie on me demandes le paiement , paiement effectuer il y’a plus d’un mois via hotels.com mais pas de trace , 15 minutes a montrer mes extraits de compte et tout pour finalement me dire à oui ok c’est bon pour un hôtel de cette ampleur faire payer le wifi .... la restauration bof bof et question communication c’est pas encore au top 6,5 /10 sur la globalité et encore je suis gentil
