The property is a complete piece of heaven
That I liked
What I didn’t like was the fact that after paying 700$ a night! I still had to pay for a coffee sachet which was replaced by tea in my room cuz the hotel management randomly chose who gets coffee and who gets tea or based on guests nationality .why can’t they put both like normal 5 star hotels
Also I ordered the buggy at 11:15pm received it after midnight
Kept calling the buggy line and they kept saying on the way
They could have simply said buggy is far will need 30 min will gladly have taken the panoramic elevator
So basically the very high rate u pay only cover sleeping other then that the hotel concept is very materialistic everything is charged for even a toothpick
On the property there r two of the most famous Resturant’s Nusret and Zuma
Had late lunch at Nusret which was a complete failure
the waiter kept trying to imitate his famous boss and kept cutting and throwing the meat off the tray and then picked back and put it in our serving plate also the taste wasn’t Consistent with Nusret Istanbul
Drinks took forever to be served that I had to cancel them
And the waiter wanted to make higher sales so decided to get two of each dish we ordered
To the point that we got full from the first two dishes and couldn’t eat the rest and paid a fortune for his mistake
As for zuma it was implacable , excellent waiters , super fast service , acceptable value for the 11 dishes I ordered to enjoy
