Poor service, good location
Poor e-mail support: didn't reply to an e-mail. Only some of the personnel could speak english. The manager and some staff could be more friendly. The room was ok, but a bit tight for two persons. There was a kettle in the room, but consumables (coffee) were not refilled. The room had a balcony, which was good. Breakfast served on a tray to every person and it caused some waiting time; the same breakfast every day. Not many services were offered by the hotel, in fact we were offered none, except for the outside bar, which was almost all the time empty. The only thing we liked about this hotel is the location, almost at the beach line. Summary - not impressed, will use another hotel next time.
