63 m² gîte on a raised ground floor, featuring a living room, kitchenette, and lounge area with a fireplace and original woodwork. Two bedrooms (one double bed and two double beds), one of which has a vaulted ceiling and is accessible via the tower staircase. Central heating. All amenities are available on site. A detached, characterful gîte, a 13th-century fortified house on 300 m² of private land and adjoining park. The owners, with the help of an architect specializing in heritage conservation, have restored the property in keeping with the spirit of the setting, retaining the authenticity and charm of a mansion. A lovely quarter-turn staircase leads to the bedroom at the foot of the tower. For hikers, it's close to marked trails and 10 km from the Camino de Santiago and the GR7 hiking trail. The cottage offers the comfort of being close to shops and the starting points for walks and hikes.
