"The hotel was close to every essential needs, may it be pharmacies, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, toronto eaton centre, etc we had a good time, staff was pleasant, the parking was secure but a little expensive just to be in an underground spot. Everything was clean, including the gym, jacuzzi and sauna. I noticed security staffs were patrolling the premises regularly so thats a plus."

"The hotel is very good location. the room was very clean I think because the hotel was just done renovation. The service very good too. the first night our room didn't have hot water in the shower, told the front desk next morning when we out for the day, they fixed very quick. over all is very good hotel, will be come back when next time visit Markham."
