"Extremely outdated. Traveled with my son and husband from MS for a birthday celebration. The price was RIDICULOUS to be such an outdated hotel. Breakfast was not included either which is crazy to charge for hotel quality breakfast food when the prices are already so high. I don’t remember the name of the restaurant that is attached, but it was mediocre at best. Service was awful. Absolutely will not return."

"The only issue I had was how they nickel and dime you. I was charged $5 a night to park, when the site has its own parking lot. They put water in your room for $7 a bottle so it is either drink from the bathroom sink or use the water. Which in my case I just went to the store and bought some. Also, they do serve breakfast but it is not free. That was my oversite but it was disappointing to find out when I got there. Especially if you don't want to drink the coffee in the room, the cheapest cup in the cafe was $3."

"Broken Hot Tub, I was told by staff it had been broke for months and no plans to fix it,broke elevator, room not ready at 4 PM. Didn't get room until 5:30. No non-alcoholic beer. No mixer for a Bloody Mary. Broken toilet paper hanger. Went to front desk and put in a request for a 4:45 AM wakeup. NO WAKEUP!! GOOD STUFF: friendly staff, streaming TVs, good internet, good location, comfortable bed, dog friendly. We left the Embassy Suites in Hunt Valley Maryland and went to the Embassy Suites in Charleston Historic District. My wife and I will stay at the Hunt Valley Embassy again we will not stay at the Embassy Suites in historic Charleston it was not worth the money. They could take a lesson from Hunt Valley!!"

"This trip was taken as a quick getaway 😊 From the staff, to Location, cleanliness, HOTTUB, free parking and continental breakfast it was perfect for what we needed! The lobby furniture could use an update! But it was very clean! The scoop and grill just steps from the hotel was a treat! There is also golfing right next to scoop and grill. Must try it😊 I noticed a gas smell when the machine were being used🤔 should get that check to make sure there isn’t a small leak🙏 Overall, it was a perfect stay☺️ check out the museums, a few to choose from! If you’re into classics cars, there is one for that too.. Great experience . Love Lancaster, will definitely visit again!"

"La recepción muy mala(me cancelaron mi recepción de dias de anticipación) la habitación llena de bichos (cucarachas) el baño mal aseado y la habitación mal oliente y ni siquiera habia un canal de tv activa y todo el pasillo con mucho olor a cigarro a pesar que hay un letrero que decía "no fumar". Pésimo servicio y muy mala experiencia, si hubiera tenido otra opción en ese momento no me quedaba en ese lugar. No es como lo venden por Internet, no lo recomiendo."

"The place was not what I expected esp for the price. The room was clean but the first room we got the door didn’t latch shut or lock. The second room was better , but bathroom didn’t latch shut, the shampoo etc dispensers in the shower was all fallen apart. The shower gel didn’t even pump. There were only 2 sets of thin towels for a room that was available for 4 people and there was a sink hole by the rain sewer drain in the parking lot. Again, an average middle of the road hotel, not what I expected from this brand/chain or for the price."
