"We received some very helpful instructions to locate the property and a wonderful welcome from Antonio when we arrived. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen facilities were ideal and the washing machine and iron was a very welcome surprise. The property was also very safe and secure. "The best place to stay in Naples, very clean and newly renovated rooms, very near to Metro and Port, they had all the facilities in the room, air conditioner was cool, Alex helped us to checkin the hotel, very nice communication, he is so friendly, when we checked out we missed a ferry in Capri and Alex kept our luggage very safe till we came back, he treated us so well. From the hotel Amalfi coast Capri ports are so close.I would definitely 100% recommend this place if u are staying in Naples."

"We were upgraded to a 2-story room. Good and bad, more space but with stairs to access the bed and bathroom. Parking is convenient.
Location is ok, relatively near the centre but many stairs were on construction, we had to walk the winding streets. Taxis in Napoli are 99% unreliable and will charge you more than the fair fee."

"The property was nice overall and the train is accessible right across the street. As far as the hotel goes, the first night the electrical sockets weren’t working, so we had to move to a basic room for one night. The next day we returned to our premium room, but Netflix and YouTube weren’t usable due to the poor internet connection. If you’re not someone who relies on TV or streaming, this would be a good place to stay."
