"We upgraded to a riverside king and we were thrilled with the view and the sound of rushing water. We found it so relaxing sitting on our deck. This room had a stove top and a well appointed kitchen. Extremely convenient! The restaurants on the grounds were surprisingly not too busy. Really don't understand why as the food was really good. Lots of pool and hot tubs on the property that were well maintained. Great views!"

"This was a good value motel in a cute little town with many fun options for food! The check in process was easy. We had selected to pay at the property when we booked so check-out was confusing as there were no workers there and no one responded to messages. Walking through the room without socks left our feet a little dirty, otherwise the room was clean. The only thing we were highly unsatisfied with was the shower. The hot and cold knobs were opposite of normal sides and it was very touchy and confusing to figure out. The hot water only lasted halfway through washing my hair and it was so tiny you could hardly move with no shelving to put your bottles. Besides that, it was a good stay!"

"Red Bug Lodge is a basic property, it is clean and the beds are really comfortable it also has a small kitchenette. It is only a 12 min drive to the gate at Yosemite which is why we chose it. It is expensive for what it is but all the accommodation near the Park is expensive. I would say overall good value for its location."
