The Trident Hotel Mumbai, Nariman Point understands how to extend true hospitality. My experience was first class all the way, from the driver who picked me up at the airport,(as well as the driver who took me back to the airport), to the extra security at the hotel, the privacy of the gated entrance, the front desk staff who went above and beyond the call of duty. The hair salon gave me a beautiful haircut and head massage and pedicure, all excellent, and the staff in the business center were able to solve a problem I was having online with my airline boarding pass being able to print. One of the front desk staff actually took the time to walk me through the maze of the hallways in the shopping arcade and show me the easiest way to get to an atm at a bank nearby. Enjoyed the lovely fitness center every morning and also enjoyed having the shopping mall connected to the hotel. The Franjpani restaurant was a delight, as were their terrific staff. Can't say enough good things about this hotel and will stay again when in Mumbai.
Only complaint I have was that I was not told that my bathroom would be outside my room, very inconvenient. After I complained they gave me another room the next day with bathroom in the room. Other than that it was ok.
Its located in the heart of south mumbai, nearby to the sea side whee you can go for walk even at midnight without any fear. Hotel staff are helpful. Close to churchgate railway station. As we had come for my parent's immigration appointment at vfs in Express tower we found it best for commutation ( just takes 10 mn drive) . Hotel breakfast is good however found the room services way too high ( won't recommend people to take the room service). Overall a comfort stay in. Thanks
They took a personal and incredibly helpful initiative when my husband left his computer at the airport on our arrival and facilitated its retrieval with kindness and promptness. Quite exceptional. They were all very thoughtful and professional in all our other dealings.
