Considering this hotel is located in the heart of BGC, the daily rate is pretty reasonable. The staff are very polite and helpful. "

"Our hotel is close to the malls. Very convenient with food and shopping. Room service is great. Place is clean. Free shuttle ride to and from the airport is great.Things that I don’t like were stairs at the facade of the building. We were scared of falling and possibly breaking our bones. It is not conducive for persons with disabilities.Second complaint was our balcony. A roof was blocking our view. Third complaint was breakfast with coffee delivered to your room daily. I regretted ordering it during our entire stay. Fourth complaint was the guy at the check in counter. He needs re training with costumer relations 101\. The guy was so arrogant as if he owns the building. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable experience."
