Have stayed 3/4 times always enjoy the stay. A bit quirky in a good way and comfortable. Can feel a bit impersonal with self check in/out but staff always helpful if required. Great breakfast and bar area. Very convenient for central Vienna, walking and transport.

Ruby Hotels always get it right. I had a great stay - complimentary upgrade, nice clean rooms, convenient location, easy to reach from the airport. They have their own cinema too! No complaints. Only good things to say.

Thank you for a brilliant stay. This was a lovely hotel, with great service. Loved the option to skip a daily turndown for a free drink in the bar. Loved it and will stay again.

My room was over looking the road so noisy with traffic (though windows were very good). Pillows were a little flat, but thats just my preference. Staff fabulous and friendly and so nice to have the outdoor area, even when bitterly cold!

A nice hotel
It's a nice clean hotel though not your traditional setup. No phone to contact reception and no kettle and tea/coffee though they do have a communal room which has facilities for tea/coffee. Location is ideal for transport and shopping as it's just off the high street. The hotel has a cool bar too!

Nice hotel, great location. We stayed in the room with the balcony which was cool. THe only WIERD thing about this room was that there is NO door to the shower... yes yes - NO DOOR I liked the staff and service but I didn't like that they don't have mini bar and a coffee machine in the room

Beautiful room. Good size. Clean bathroom. The corridors were difficult to navigate as it was like a maze but the facilities in the hotel were beautiful. Although i didnt make it to the cinema lounge, it definitely enticed me. Great location with easy access to multiple transport routes

Perfect location, friendly staff, and some fun extras like a great view from the room and the ability to store my luggage after checking out. The bed was comfortable and the room was perfectly clean when I arrived. I'd come back!

A fabulous 4 nights. Beds comfortable, rooms spotless, breakfast plentiful. Staff friendly and helpful. 40 minute walk into centre of town but 3 minutes walk to underground that goes straight into the centre of town.

Great location, easy access to the underground, but close enough to walk to all of the attractions. The room was average for the price paid, no coffee or tea facilities in the room, no telephone and the room was a bit clinical and needed to be furnished with more items such as pictures, feature walls. However the room had a amazing views across the city, spacious and had good blackout curtains

The hotel gives off a very weird, hostel-like, alternative vibe. Hallways are a maze with black walls and dark stained carpets. Little to no social connection- electronic check in and no check out. No phone in the room to call staff/reception & an option to swap one drink at the bar for no housekeeping for the entire stay. Good for walkers- The location is close to lots of retail shops and you have to walk at least 20 minutes to find breakfast and to the Museum district. There was no door to the shower. Only glass on one side with a flimsy curtain and essentially an open concept, so keep in mind if you bring a travel companion. Also water floods the floor just outside because the hotel couldn’t invest in a door! I personally would not return here and recommend finding other options for a weekend in Vienna.

One disappointment after the next. There is no phone in the room- and nobody to contact in the evening if there is a problem with the room. Staff too busy to be bothered. Great location. Go with another hotel.

Mein Zimmer 509 war für mich alleine zwar gross aber überall sauber. Bin am Vormittag nur mit Clavier live von CharityBox draussen gut eingeschlafen und habe in der Nacht gut in der Ruhe geschlafen. Die Ruby Arbeitskraft vorne waren sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Freut mich schon bald für nächste Nachte. :)

24/7 bar, lovely vibe to hotel with live music and a cool city hang out spot. Located in 7th district so good shopping nearby. Easy access to trams and Underground. City centre is walkable. Just a shame no room service. Breakfast is typical European buffet. The coffee is excellent!! Much thanks to all the staff that are very caring and attentive. LGBT friendly

This hotel is definitely on the quirky side - with its cool 24/7 bar, free guitar rentals and movie nights, it made for the ideal city break with a group of friends. Just be aware that showers in bed room offer zero privacy, so you must feel very comfortable with your friend if sharing a room!
