Welcome to our light and bright first-floor apartment with step-free lift access, conveniently located on the edge of Old Town, less than a ten-minute walk to the shops, restaurants, the beach and Turner Contemporary. Ideally situated at the foot of Northdown Road for easy access into Cliftonville and all its new attractions. The sea is at the end of road with beautiful coastal walks to explore.
You can bring the whole family with lots of room for fun, including toys for the kids, large TV and board games for evenings in.
The apartment sleeps 5 adults with the option for a 6th guest under the age of 16 people if requested.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite with a shower, the 2nd bedroom has a double bed with single bunk bed above.
There is a large sleeper couch in the lounge and a travel cot can be provided.
The family bathroom has a shower over the bath.
The large open plan kitchen and living room, equipped with all the modern creature comforts, also has a dedicated workspace with monitor, keyboard, mouse & docking station, ideal for longer stays.
There is a dining table for family meals and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
You will have access to the entire apartment, all bed linen and towels provided, with a free gated parking bay. We have a lockbox by which you can gain access.

This apartment is situated at the foot of Cliftonville’s funky Northdown Road, a hot spot for Londoners which boasts many shops & cafes. Margate high street, Old Town, Dreamland and the beach are just 10mins on foot

Aldi is a stone throw away, with more specialist grocery stores such as K.G Winters and The Grain Grocer a short walk away.

Great cafes for coffee or brunch such as Forts and Cliffs record and coffee shop are just around the corner. Incredible pubs such as The George & Heart (for cocktails) or The Rose In June (Korean food with a great atmosphere) are a 5 minute walk away.
The apartment is in a good location if you want to escape the hustle of tourists and feel like one of the locals. At the foot of the funky Northdown Road, an eclectic mix of bars, cafes and vintage stores encompassing everything Margate aspires to. It is equally well located for a short stroll into Old Town and all it has to offer.
The apartment is a great base for longer stays to explore this area of Kent with family and friends.
It is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride from the station and Dreamland.
There is a booth for the local taxi company close by and a bus stop for 'The Loop' bus across the road, which takes you to Ramsgate, Westwood, Broadstairs etc and other buses to Canterbury.
Please be aware that this is a residential block so please be respectful to the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

Great apartment
Stayed for a 2 night break. The apartment was clean and warm and well located for the seafront and shops - Aldi is opposite. Easy check in and nice size rooms. Cant fault the property at all - had everything we needed. However, has a lift which is not wheelchair accessible - no fault of owners of course, but it was a real struggle to get my daughter's wheelchair in, and barely room for me to squeeze in with her. Just info for other wheelchair using guests.
