Elle est idéalement située, proche du centre et des commerces de Marennes, à moins de 10 minutes de Marennes-Plage et du pont vers l’île d’Oléron. Comptez environ 15 à 20 minutes pour rejoindre les plages de la côte sauvage. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la région, qui regorge d’activités et de sites intéressants à visiter.L’extérieur est particulièrement agréable, avec un grand jardin, une vaste terrasse bien exposée et un barbecue — parfaits pour profiter des journées ensoleillées. La maison est globalement bien équipée, même s’il manquait quelques petits éléments. La literie est de bonne qualité, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très confortable. La communication avec notre hôte Jackie a été fluide, simple et réactive.Seul petit bémol : la rue située devant la maison est assez passante, ce qui peut occasionner un peu de bruit à certains moments de la journée.Malgré cela, nous recommandons cette location avec plaisir. ##### Christophe A.
