"Terrible check in, staff tried to charge unfair fees, room didn’t match to what was booked, very noisy room, can hear people walking on the corredor and on the rooms beside. Overall I highly do not recommend this hotel."

"The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was simple, but good. The pool was very nice and warm. We didn’t get to try the restaurant as they were closed for Christmas. But we heard from other guests that was very good. Overall, a great stay. "

"Marquei cama de casal e tive que ficar com cama de solteiro no qual o lençol de baixo não era grande suficiente pra “prender” no colchão e ficava saindo no meio da noite. Não havia shampoo no dispensador de shampoo do banheiro e nem avulso."

"Just an overnight stay. It´s was pretty good. The hotel is great. I disliked the fact that they didn´t have valet parking and the soap/shampoo those where you press them, already fixed to the wall;"
