The room was disappointing for a Hilton. The bathroom was fine and the bed comfortable but neither the refrigerator nor the a/c worked in my room, and the Internet was so slow and intermittent that it was practically unusable. The room furnishings looked tired.

Great option outside of old town
After staying a couple of nights in the old Mardin, we were thankful to have a big of space and a really comfortable bed. We had a 1 bedroom suite that we used for our family and it was perfect. The staff was wonderful and helped us with whatever we needed.

Disappointing management
At breakfast, you can see at kitchen, people removing mask to work! İ got covid 8 weeks ago and difficult to say, but İ was very careful. Possible İ got from a restaurante where workers don’t care about been the instrument to kill someone. İ was by to die! Weeks at hospital in isolationsufferingbrcause poor management as Hilton has tha can’t compliance with regulations in place, İ’m ok now and protected, but how many will suffer because poor management that can not control process and keeping supporting talks but without walking? Sad! Disapointing!

They do not read emails and notes of customers at the time of reservation. We ended up in a room taht smells even tough ee asked non smoking room. But the reason we gave 2 star is that there are 3 heavy rock breaker machine around the hotel that makes impossible to sleep or rest. It is a run and hide type hotel.

Clean&Comfortable hotel close to old Mardin
Beautiful hotel close to Old Mardin. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Family friendly. If you are looking for the comforts of a modern hotel, this one is a good choice in Mardin. However, if you are looking for a boutique hotel with nostalgia settings, this one might feel too modern.

This property is good , but they switch off the lights and AC in the lobby after say 11:00 pm . That makes us to feel as if we are staying in hostel and not HiLTON hotel . Further breakfast should be more of international. It’s is confined to local food and no one there to make us understand in English language .

The location of the property is easy to access to major transportation and walkable. Clean facilitiy with nice amenities along with super friendly staff pool, spa, gym, and good food. We recommend to anyone!

We had a car, so it was not a problem that the hotel is not located in the center. However, not much restaurants in the area but good food in the hotel. Reasonable prices, too. They offer a great breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice hotel, good view but not much nearby
Not much nearby, you need to have a car or get a taxi to the city center (ancient city). No restaurants nearby but food in the hotel is good. Nice view and good breakfast. All in all, a plesant hotel.

Mardin a must
Good situation if you want to discover the surraiundings of Mardin. Also well situated to enter (by car) the old city center. Good rooms but the maintenace in my room was nto well done, the others did not meet this problem. On Sunday breakfast was poor on monday Super. We enjoyed and had a suer get away

Comfortable stay
Consistent with other Hilton Garden Inns that I have stayed in, offering comfortable, all round accommodation, with good facilities and clean rooms, comfortable beds and helpful staff. Very good.

As per my reservation I should get one room with double twin bed, instead i got a room with one twin bed and one sofa bed, i was told that they do not have room with double twin bed .. strange!!!!!

The staff were very nice and very helpful. The room was clean, very comfortable, very warm; it had constant electricity and hot water... As always (unless you know no Turkish/Kurdish whatsoever and can't find the stops), I'd recommend taking the (fixed-fare) dolmush (taxi-bus) instead of the (always rip-off) taxi.

Beautiful hotel, but not in the old city
After one night in Diyarbakir in a local hotel (the same price as this Hilton) where the toilet in both the first and second room was broken, the street noise was awful, and the sliding door at the entrance almost crushed us, we felt like we'd arrived in paradise. We had a car, which made this location acceptable for getting to the old city, but otherwise, it was quite a distance. There is probably some form of public transportation, but it would be a fair walk to get to it.

Hilton Mardin
The hotel itself is very comfortable and centrally located. There's a newness about the hotel and with that comes getting the fine details right. For example the mini bar in your room will be empty and instead you have to go to reception to buy stuff to stock. The cleaning staff were lazy and forgot to lock my door leaving it open for a few hours. Not really good
