To travel to the city of Venice they provide a shuttle and are near a train station, as well as a shuttle to and from the airport. It is 7euros each way and gets one to a water taxi in Venice, an additional 7 euros. The trip is about 40 minutes. The hotel had our room ready hours early and we had a nice balcony.
A very accomadateing hotel. The staff was wonderful, the airport shuttle was prompt and available, and the room was very clean. Very nice breakfast, well worth the price. I would compare the accomadations to that of a Superior 3 star hotel in the United States. If you want a hotel within five minutes of Marco Polo Airport, you can't do better.

This hotel is good if you have an early morning flight from Marco Polo airport—as I did. They can arrange a hotel shuttle for you or you can take a taxi for the highway robbery price of 16 Euros. I was just there, actually. The room is small but nice. Probably has the smallest shower I've seen in all of Europe and I've been to Europe well over 50 times. You stay in a house like structure apart from check-in. Each house-like structure has a small elevator (handy). When I was there the air-conditioning in my room didn't work and it was pretty warm—and this was in May. The room has a slightly modern alpine lodge feel to it—nice, with an affordable mini bar with barely cold items. There's a pool and free bikes on the property and you're within walking distance of a restaurant. You can take a bus into town (Venice Mestere and Venice) but be aware that the stops are NEVER announced. If the air conditioner had worked and the shower was bigger, I would have given it higher ratings. It is VERY CLEAN and modern though. Bed was a little too firm for my taste. Reception is open 24 hours and the breakfast has deli meats and other items.
Great quite place to stay near Venice. Eliana was wonderful. The only cons are that it is away from Venice (may be a pro after a busy day in the city) and the "breakfast" are packaged pastries. Nice espresso machine, micro and refrigerator in the room.

Quaint little hotel within 10 minutes of the airport.
Pre-arrange with the hotel to use their shuttle (or the taxi company they use) to avoid over paying for the ride from the airport to the hotel upon arrival. We were traveling stand-by so did not have the luxury of knowing when we would arrive and ending up paying 36 euros for the 4.2 km ride.
The staff was very helpful in giving directions to/from Venice by bus.
The room was clean and and a nice size. However, there was black mold on the ceiling of the shower that needs to be taken care of.

The hotel was comfortable and adequate for our needs. Breakfast included fresh eggs and yogurt with bread and bottled orange juice. The property was very clean and the Manager spoke good English and was very helpful. We chose this hotel because it was quiet, but close to the Marco Polo airport. It was about a 10-15 minute car ride. The hotel was also about 10 minutes from the train station to Venice. The train ride was about 20 minutes from Venice. The price was reasonable. We would return.
Nice place. It's clean and the hotel manager seemed to be very nice. He even filled up a huge tray with breakfast items for us when he found out that we would be leaving too early in the morning to be able to get the continental breakfast at the hotel. I am unsure how it rates to the other hotels in the area but for what we paid it was easily worth the money we paid and was a quick walk to the airport.
Venice's official international airport, the busy Marco Polo Airport is in Tessera, about 10 kilometers from Venice proper. VCE is accessible by both land and water and offers connections to the train stations and to Piazzale Roma, considered the entrance into Venice and the last place cars are allowed. Also nearby is the suburb Mestre, a popular place to stay outside of central Venice.
