Newly refinished, condo is decorated nicely and has a great modern look. First floor next to pool was fantastic, not often you do not have to use elevator in a high-rise. Steps to pool, and not too many more to ocean. Condo is in walking distance to many great restaurants or a short drive and close to grocery stores/drug stores. Also, owners Vaso and Melissa are great. Very helpful from original time of booking through our entire stay. They followed up to make sure everything was OK a couple times during our February/March stay. One problem was encountered with a garbage disposal and they called a plumber and it was replaced within an hour. Remarkable. Overall stay definitely exceeded our expectations. Views of beach and pool. Quiet. Friendly house staff. We had a wonderful vacation here. Miles of beach for walking, swimming, and oversized heated pool practically outside your door, yet the unit is screened for privacy.
